I started with one length long hair. I wanted long layers and cut to shoulders. I have fine hair but a lot of it. Instead of texturizing, thing shears were used, leaving my now two inch uneven hair frisee. I was there from 10 am until 2:15 pm. I had a picture of the color and cut I wanted. I showed the pictures multiple times. I will not return to this salon. As you can see I went somewhere else to fix color and cut. I did not trust this salon to fix it. This was completely botched. Parts of the haircut can't be blended so I can only wait until it grows out. I do not recommend this salon. I will ask for a refund. read more

Absolutely phenomenal salon! I've been coming to hair obsessions for many years. Sarah was my stylist and she's no longer there but everyone is absolutely out of this world when it comes to your hair and what it is that you want and they listen. They don't try to push products on you that are unnecessary hands-down the best salon I've ever been to in my life and I am 40 years old. I actually travel from North Carolina back here to Florida to get my hair done. read more

I've been coming to this salon for 8 years and not once have I ever been disappointed. The staff is like family and treat you as such, their work is incomparable and the entire environment is an overall pleasant experience. I drive all the way from Brandon just to have these ladies work on my hair the few times a year I actually spend money to get it done. No matter who you get, you'll have an amazing experience. There have been a few times I told them an idea of what I wanted but wasn't sure exactly, and was able to lay back and just trust them to have the vision to make it happen. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Went here for an olaplex treatment. I think the girls name was Sarah, and she was unprofessional as hell. Didn't talk to me at all, wanted to blow dry and straighten my hair without even asking how I wanted it styled. The wash bowl is super uncomfortable, and they had the floor sweeper wash my hair. I wouldn't return. read more

Here from michigan and before I left my normal hair dresser did a bad job on my hair. I drove by this place leaving walmart and decided to look them up. Having good reviews I thought I would give them a try. My hair appointment was set for Thursday February 16th and I was nervous, Melinda was going to be my hair dressers. Melinda took time and helping me decide what to do. Still very nervous because we were going in a whole new direction. She offered me something to drink which included wine. Thank god, this helped calm the nerves. After quite a while in there the end result came. Cut, color and highlights along with a couple glasses of wine. I could not be happier with my hair and this salon. The atmosphere was great, everyone was talking and having fun. While sitting in there I also paid attention to the other stylist clients hair. I must say they all looked good and I would trust anyone of them. The price was also reasonable. The salon is clean and these stylists really know hair. After years of avoiding salons, I finally went to the one with the best reviews. I needed a specialty perm for long, fine, straight hair. I was fortunate to have a spiral perm and trim done by Melinda. I could see her stop and focus on how to accomplish my request. She did an amazing job for my problem hair and far better than I had hoped for. Furthermore, no one tried to rush me through.
