They are very personable and also will take the time to discuss your hair and what would look best for you. They act like they are happy and want to do your hair and not like they are just doing it because it's their job. I give them 5 stars because the owner and staff are friendly, the salon is beautiful and clean, the staff always do a great job with giving you what you want, I always get tons of compliments after they do my hair and they are quick if you tell them you only have a short amount of time ( I have three kids and not a lot of time ).

Since first seeing him, I moved to Providence, RI - and I still make regular trips to the salon to see JohnPaul for my cuts. Finding a good short-hair stylist for women is HARD. I tried multiple salons, all over Providence - but realized that no one could hold a candle to JohnPaul. I like to see variety in my cuts, and I want a hairdresser who is willing to take some chances - I don't want to dictate EXACTLY what I want when I sit down in the chair.
