Overall it was a good visit, quick and easy. Def would go back; just have been to many better. The wax room is a bit tight and could be nicer in my opinion. I wish that new sticks were used with each application of wax and there was a towel provided to cover up for the wax. Made quite an uncomfortable introduction. As we went though it; the aesthetician was very polite and made it quite easy.

I usually get my eyebrows/waxing done every 2 weeks. 6 weeks ago, I made an appointment with Ankita at 3pm. Even though I got there at 3pm, she was getting her nails done by another staff member because they were very quiet. She said she'll be about 10 minutes so I said I'd come back as I needed to go down the road, I came back after 10 minutes but when I did, her nails were still not done, she kept me waiting for about 5 minutes and then attended to me. I didn't think anything of it and went back after 2 weeks. Although I had booked an appointment at 4pm and got there at 3.55pm, another lady walked in at 4pm who didn't have an appointment. Ankita saw her first and kept me waiting for 20 minutes! Again I didn't read into this too much but recently when I made an appointment to see her again, she pretended to be busy even though they had no customers in the shop. When I got there at my appointment time at 4pm, she was eating. She still pretended to be busy and told her colleague that if her next appointment came in to tell them she will be about 15 minutes. As I had waxing to get done too, I was there for around 15 minutes but no other customer came in apart from a walk in. Ankita seemed very stressed from the the moment I walked in perhaps because her tea had been interrupted but then why did they give me an appointment at 4pm? They always seem to be eating in there and I don't think they wash their hands before attending to you. Furthermore and worst of all, she damaged my skin on my upper lip with the wax. When I got home, I noticed the upper lip was extremely red and the next morning I noticed a scar which had been caused by the waxing! Not sure how to post a picture on here, otherwise I would for people to see. She's a frustrated lady! When she was doing my waxing, she was talking to her colleague about the fact that she was over weight and how she could lose weight. Because I'm slim, pretty (so people say) and a professional who works in the city, I think she is very jealous of me but this is no way to treat a customer. If you don't want her to damage your skin and treat you like dirt, then PLEASE DO NOT GO TO LADIES PARADISE BECAUSE THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CALLED LADIES HELL!
