I was well looked after by the hair washer, who gave me a lovely massage, and the hairstylist was friendly but not too animated (which is a pet hate of mine, I don't need to talk ALL the time). The decor is French and feminine with antique furniture and there was alternative music playing which was a nice change to other salons I've been in. The overall result was good, but not the greatest haircut I've ever had. However, the price is great, so it's a little bit of a trade off.

Sadly I lost the card with the stylists name who I had the best experience with so have been just hoping to get lucky every time since then. I am not sure I would come here for any highlights given my friend's issues in the past, however when we have had issues the salon has resolved them without fuss and with apologies. The shop front is a beautiful and in the summer you can have coffee in the courtyard outside if you arrive early enough.

Beautiful party updo and an immaculate make over. Made me feel like a princess. I came back later as so impressed for cut an colour. Again excellent results. Will keep on coming back. I like the fact that they have the best quality and cutting edge products as well as hairdressers from Paris. Quite a special mix. Would not go anywhere else as I have difficult hair and this team knows how to make me look beautiful which is no small feat. If you have the chance treat yourself and go.

When I turned up I was told that because I was late they could no longer fit me in. This was extremely frustrating as I had come from the other side of London and the delay wasn't my fault. However, I still had a voucher so decided to give them an another chance. This time I wasn't disappointed, I've been unhappy with my highlights for some time and so I was happy to take on the stylist's suggestion to have three different types of blond put through my hair. After the stylist finished I was amazed, it looked so much better than it had before and to think that I had originally toyed with the idea of putting brown highlights through my hair as I was afraid it was starting to look too blond! The hairdresser clearly knew what she was doing though and I'm very pleased with the result. Staff were attentive throughout my stay and I was served tea, water and given a nice selection of magazines to read while being fussed over. The shampoo and head-massage that I recieved was lovely and relaxing and the hair products put on my hair smelt fantastic. The shop also contains a beauty store featuring some slightly more unique brands to those that are offered on the high-street and prices are reasonable. Tucked away from Regent's Street on one of the side streets it may be difficult to find, but it's definitely worth the search.

There are some real gems here, such as the Comptoir Sud range of fragrance, as well as the Crazy Libulelle solid perfume range, and some other fab things like Nars and Egyptian magic balm (an amazing all purpose wonder that is now a staple for me!)
