He did a fantastic job as well as the rest of the staff. Price was reasonable for what I had done. I would have paid much more in the US. I plan on getting a trim before I leave Paris and hope an additional one before I leave Europe. Great salon with a great neighborhood vibe.

1. This salon only has medium quality REMY hair. You need to buy your own extensions before you go…read morethere. They overcharge and if you have naturally softer hair or if you have light hair, this place isn't equipped to serve you. It's frustrating because Aminata SWEARS that she can do extensions on ANY hair type. She can't. 2. I believe that Aminata, somewhere along the way to success, has lost her passion. She doesn't care about good craftsmanship. She doesn't care about your happiness, but she'll happily take your money. She has no solutions for you if she ruins your hair. I booked for a color and extensions. I waited 1 hour alone in the salon before the front desk girl got started on my color because there was only 1 stylist working there and she was busy. She had to start over twice because she couldn't get the color right. That took 3 hours. I have straight, light, soft hair and they picked out these wavy, coarse, very dark extensions. They literally don't have anything else to offer customers. We're talking about 12-15-1700 hair jobs. No diversity whatsoever. They also take customers for fools because they swore the hair was a match. Then, this girl waltzed in needing a last-minute weave so my stylist happily multi-tasked between me and her. That took an other 4 hours, 2 during which she was actually doing MY hair. The end result was shoddy but it was almost 10 at night and even if I did need touchups, the stylist was out the door before I could even say anything. By the time I got home my eyes were red and itchy. There was this weird chlorine smell and I had to do a few hair washes and rinces but it did't really help. What it DID do was wash away most of the color out. At this point my natural hair is 5 shades lighter and there are stinky, dark, curly extensions dangling from my head. I contacted them for a refund and was told to come back 2 days later. Sooo I make my way to this salon again and I get to meet and speak with Aminata, the famous owner. She had quite the attitude. She never apologized and raised her voice at me to scare me or something as she told me it was my fault I had an allergic reaction to the extensions and the dye didn't take. She acted all offended that I would dare tell her that I wasn't satisfied. She said she had never made a mistake in her entire career (15 years she says). She told me email her my experience so her insurance could refund me and went to hide in her office. I feel really sad for this lady and all the people she botched that she might have treated just as bad as me. She is yet an other example of dreadful french customer service. My advice if you're about to walk in here is to stop. Instead, pop in the Starbucks right next door, breathe, order a latte and relax. That's what I wish I had done.

My only regret in writing this review is that it will spoil the surprise for you. :-) The process was as follows: 1. I was immediately whisked away for a oiled scalp massage. I almost fell asleep. It was heavenly. After the oil massage, she used two brushes to brush the oil throughout my hair. That felt heavenly too! 2. I was shampoo'd in a chair that lays flat while it massages my body. 3. During both the shampoo and conditioner - my head was massaged some more. Again, I could barely keep my eyes open. 4. With conditioner in my hair, I was put into a plastic shower cap, then wrapped in cellophane, and then put under dryer for 10 minutes. 5. After conditioner, I was rinsed again in massaging chair. 5. I was blow dried on high heat with a mini brush and rat tooth comb. Sounds crazy, but my hair was super straight in minutes. 6. The next step was very important. She put me under the dyer to let my scalp dry after being blow dried. Yes, she gets it. This is a very important step. 7. She flat ironed each piece straight while being careful not to straighten the ends as much as the roots. 8. I let her trim my hair. :-/. You know I hate this but it was much needed. She didn't ask - I asked her. I couldn't get a beautiful hairdo without allowing a full makeover - including my ends. 9. And lastly, she curled my hair with the steam pod by loreal. I would never have believed it if I hadn't seen it myself. No could hear the steam over my hair. But yet it sealed it and made it straight. Best total package hair salon experience ever! Merci!

Cela fait plusieurs années que je porte des extensions. Après avoir testé plusieurs marques & coiffeurs différents, je peux que vous recommander Hairglam. L'équipe est simpa & à l'écoute de vos besoins. C'est le 1ier salon que j'ai trouvé où les extensions m'ont pas abimé les cheveux après la dépose, depuis j'y retourne régulièrement, aussi pour mes simples colorations. Je confirme également que le salon est très fréquenté par les célébrités (pour moi un signe de qualité de service!), ne soyez pas étonné de croiser Hélène Ségara, Laam, actrices ou autres présentatrices TV chez Hairglam. Mes conseils: - Info intéressante, le salon propose 2 types différents d'extensions: Les extensions normaux (Je les ai porté 1 an, avec une repose/réutilisation après 6 mois, franchement top & accessible niveau prix. Je trouve meme que pour le rapport qualité/prix ils sont moins cher que chez la pluspart des autres salons.) Les extensions russe (Je les porte actuellement. Qualité exceptionnelle, je viens de me les faire reposer en 2e fois, ils sont encore comme neuf & super doux!!! Apparement selon Hairglam, je pourrais meme les réutiliser une 3e fois, donc mon conseil: j ai fait mes comptes, meme si les extensions russes sont un peu plus chèr que les extensions normaux, j'amorti la différence avec la 3e repose. Ca en vaux donc vraiment la peine!) - Niveau entretien: Pour éviter tout noeux dans les extensions, je vous conseille de dormir avec une natte! :) Il faut ABSOLUMENT éviter tout produit d'entretien qui contient du silicone!! Le mieux c'est d'utiliser la gamme Shu Uemura vendu dans le salon, vous aurez aucune mauvaise surprise dans ce cas! *Faire au moins 1 entretien tout les 2 mois chez Hairglam!! Cela vous permettra aussi de reposer (gratuitement!) les extensions qui seraient tombé entretemps. (J'en ai jamais perdu plus de 7 avec Hairglam!) read more

Etant une accro des extensions et ayant eu des problèmes avec les grandes marques d'extensions je me suis dirigée vers HAIR GLAM sur les conseils d'une amie blogueuse de mode qui m' a dit que beaucoup de mannequins allait dans ce salon et effectivement quand j'ai vu le nombre de people et de blogueuses satisfaites de ce salon je me suis dit que si des femmes aussi éxigentes leur faisait confiance c'était très bon signe. Vous pouvez aller voir entre autre les blog de moidemoiselle futile, heydickface, kenza, beauté-vanité, afrosomething, charlymodeuse etc. J'ai donc appelé pour prendre rdv et là j'ai été très agréablement surprise par l'accueil téléphonique qui fut très sympathique et courtois ce qui est très rare de nos jours on m'a accordé beaucoup de temps et donné pleins de renseignements j'ai bien du resté au moins 20 minutes en ligne. Le jour du rdv l'accueil a été à la hauteur de l'accueil téléphonique, très chaleureux et professionnel les coiffeurs sont très élégants et classe ainsi que le salon qui est vraiment très beau. Cerise sur le gateau ce jour là il y avait Léa Castel qui faisait l'entretien de ses extensions je suis fan de cette chanteuse elle est super sympa elle m'a montré ses extensions et signé un autographe elle est encore plus belle en vrai ! Du coup j'ai mis 150 mèches de cheveu russe comme léa. Cela fait maintenant 2 mois que je les portes et je suis toujours aussi émerveillée quand je me regarde dans le moiroir, ya pas a dire une belle chevelure ca fait tout ! read more

Je tenais a vous faire partager mon avis à propos du salon professionnel HairGlam spécialiste de l'extension a Paris pour vous conseiller d'y aller. En effet voici 6 mois que j'ai fait des extensions chez eux et aujourd'hui était le jour de la dépose. C'était bien entendu un jour terrible pour moi, mais compte tenu de leur accueil et de leur sympathie ce sentiment m'est passé. Pendant ces 6 mois je suis allée 4 fois dans ce salon et l'accueil y était toujours aussi agréable, on s'y sent bien ce sont des petits moments ou l'on se sent privilégié et ou l'on passe un moment de détente à parler avec leur charmante équipe étant très à l'écoute. Concernant les tarifs c'est très abordable en comparaison avec d'autres salons qui se permettent d'augmenter leur prix aux environs de 1000EUR si vous voulez quelque chose de correct alors qu'ils ne sont absolument pas professionnel de l'extension. Moi, j'ai payé moins de 400EUR pour 100 mèches et le résultat est impeccable ainsi que le suivi (je n'ai rien payé de plus en 6 mois !!!) Pour finir, Tania, superbe entrepreneuse, vous donnera pleins de petits conseils si vous lui exposez vos petits problèmes capillaires et ça pour une nana c'est super cool ! Bonjour tout le monde, Je suis donc retournée au salon Hair Glam aujourd'hui pour une repose des extensions après 5 mois de repousse. J' ai réutilisé les mêmes mèches qui étaient encore très belles. Mais il n'y a pas de miracle, même pour les extensions, il faut faire un bon entretien et utiliser de bons produits. J' en ai profite pour acheter un masque qui coûte un peu cher mais dure longtemps car il est très concentré. Il n'y a que quelques salons haute gamme qui le vendent. Le personnel est toujours adorable et très professionnel. Ça tombe bien car il faut compter plusieurs heures pour enlever, trier et remette les mèches. Pour celles qui n'ont pas de problèmes de budget, mieux d' en acheter des nouvelles :-) C' est moins lent et il' y a la même longueur partout. J' en ai profite pour tester un soin profond qui s' appelle drôlement lifting mais qui rend les cheveux doux et soyeux. Je suis donc contente et tranquille pendant plusieurs mois pour bien profiter de ma belle chevelure :-))) Adjourd'hui je ne peux plus me passer des extensions. Meme mon petit ami qui etait au debut contre une pose des extensions (il n'aime que les femmes naturelles) a finalement change d'avis et contribue meme au budget pour mes cheveux. Au TOP Hair Glam! En plus d'être un salon ou la qualité des produits est parfaite, on ressort forcement en découvrant de nouvelles techniques pour avoir nos cheveux au top ! 2ème rdv chez eux et j'en suis à chaque fois de plus en plus conquise ! Il me reste 2 rendez vous pour le mois de juillet j'ai vraiment hate ! Pour l'instant j'ai fait un lissage bresilien et deux seance de lifting mais cheveux n'ont jamais été aussi doux, beau, brillant, souple et facile à coiffer ! Avec mes cheveux défrises et décolorés c'était un massacre mais dès les premiers soins je sentais CLAIREMENT la différence ! Je vous le conseille vivement je suis bloggeuse mode et beauté ainsi que rédactrice j'en ai testé pas mal dont d'autres salons présent ici, c'est de loin le meilleur! Etant une habituée de ce salon Haut de gamme , Je peux vous affirmer Chères Mesdames de vous y rendre. Le personnel est toujours aussi avenant. Pour ma part , c' est un moment de détente chez Hair Glam . Moi qui ai les cheveux afros ,je suis toujours surprise par la repousse de mes cheveux!!! de plus les extensions à froid ne me les abiment pas! Pour ma deuxième pose j' ai effectué un pré traitement et lissage brésilien ,je peux vous affirmer qu' avec la pluie mes cheveux ne frisent pas!!! Pas du tout d'accord avec les commentaires précédents. J'y suis allée pour un lissage brésilien. On m'a fait régler la note AVANT la prestation, en décrétant que j'avais des cheveux épais, histoire de gonfler la facture. L'accueil était assez moyen, et le lissage a duré en tout et pour tout 40 minutes au lieu des 2 heures minimum nécessaires habituellement. Quand je me suis étonnée de la durée du lissage, la coiffeuse m'a répondu que c'était parce qu'elle était très efficace et rapide... Le résultat était inexistant, sauf pour mon porte monnaie. Je déconseille fortement ce salon pour le lissage brésilien. read more

Etant une habituée du salon HAIR GLAM depuis 3 ans je suis très étonnée du témoignage de lilacia je pense qu'il faut plutot les appeler et leur demander des conseils sur l'entretien au quotidien, il faut savoir que le lissage brésilien est un soin progressif et sur certaines natures de cheveux il faut quelque temps avant que l'effet soit total. ça m a fait la même impression la première fois que l ai fait mais après c est super plus de difficulté a se coiffer plus de frisottis le cheveu est doux et soyeux. En effet je suis la personne qui a recommandé HAIR GLAM à mon amie marion comme à beaucoup d'autre d'ailleurs. Je suis cliente depuis bientôt 2 ans et toujours aussi fan de leurs extension de cheveux, une superbe qualité, et un résultat final toujours impeccable ! Comment être belle ? juste en allant chez hair glam.j'ai fait un lissage brésilien et des extensions chez eux et je suis tout simplement heureuse car j'ai enfin une coiffure de star. Je me sent belle. Je recommande vraiment ce salon, car le personnel est très pro, ils savent ce qu'ils font, le lissage brésilien est bien SANS FORMOL (ils m'ont montré la bouteille pour me le prouver) et les extensions à froid sont d'une beauté hallucinante, elles sont douces et très faciles à entretenir. Ce salon est à mon avis ce qui se fait de mieux en pose d'extensions à Paris et j'en suis à ma deuxième poses dans ce salon. Les coiffeurs m'ont semblé un peu jeune la première fois mais ils ont été super pro, toujours agréable et souriant. Portant des extensions depuis 7 ans je sais de quoi je parle.. seul bémol la déco est un peu trop cliquante à mon goût, je préfère les choses simples là c'est fauteuil de marque tout est ultra-moderne, mais quand on rencontre un visage familié à la télé à côté de soi c'est plutôt bluffant.. ;) read more

Cet établissement Parisien haut de gamme est irréprochable tout y est fait dans les règles de l'art tant au niveau de l'accueil que du conseil du suivi client et des prestations. C'est le seul salon en France exclusivement dédié à la pose d'extensions de cheveux et au lissage brésilien, ce qui est le meilleure gage de qualité et de confiance. I should mention I'm a hair Colorist at a high end salon in Chicago (making me a bit more picky) but I wanted to get some French magic done while visiting Paris with my Husband, Gregory def delivered. Julien made blowing out my Kardashian like hair (long, thick, curly) seem easy while having fun convo, and the results were a beautiful bouncy blowout;) Def recommend this salon. Did I mention they were super accommodating and got me in within an hour or two of my calling that day (not due to not being busy because they were) but I said I was leaving the next day and must've heard the desperation in my voice over the phone;) Just a heads up for those traveling from the states. If you're one to count every cent you spend (my husband def is and was confused), ask questions BEFORE getting hair done anywhere you go. This IS NOT a negative comment about this salon at all, just a heads up that in most salons in Paris it's NOT UNUSUAL to pay extra for things like shampoo and conditioner. Most places back home only charge extra for deep conditioning, so I hate to see negative reviews taking away from great work over things that are pretty standard there;) Just factor that in before you get hair done abroad. I'll definitely be back next visit even if just for a blowout, glaze or to say hi. Thx again Gregory and Julien my hair is looking beautiful on the flight home!

I wasn't sure what to anticipate and as soon as I walked into the salon I was warmly welcomed and put at immediate ease with a inviting smile. Coming from California, at best I know some French words but Sarah speaks English well. Initially she spent time consulting with me and I shared photo of what I was looking for (I went from short length hair to a pixie cut). We comfortably discussed my needs and she was very attentive to understand and throughout checking along to ensure I was happy as we went along. My haircut was crafted expertly and extremely happy with the outcome. Sarah was so sweet, genuine and truly accommodating! Sarah brought me to the rear of the salon to the wash station room. She explained she wanted to create a relaxing and soothing experience while getting hair washed/conditioned. Dimmed lights with a visual slide show projection of tropical images to enhance the experience- totally cool. The shampoo wash and head massage was the best ever! Sarah expertly gave a lengthy head and neck massage and ended with a hot/warm head towel to further add to the experience. It was a real treat! The salon itself has a contemporary, a chic but yet warm design, immaculate. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly. I was brought a tray of bottled Vitell water/glass during my visit. Be prepared since they don't rush you out the door with a quick turnaround appointment. Its apparent service is important and taking care of you takes added time which was very evident to me. Salon is easy to find on a side street off the active (popular amongst tourists) Rue Saint Denis (2nd Ard) about a 15 min walk from the Louvre/Notre Dame. Nice area to explore and walk about. I left the Saravy Salon super pleased and must say it was one of the highlights of my trip to Paris! I've been coming to Paris for years and this was my first time getting a haircut. My trepidations were quickly vanished and now I have a darling, stylish new haircut! Plan to be back again in the fall and will certainly book another appointment with Sarah at Saravy Salon!!!

She was warm, inviting, and could converse in English, which is of course good if you don't speak French yourself. She did an incredible job on my hair. It is curly and hard to cut, but she took her time and washed, cut, dried and styled it beautifully. At one point I suggested she had left it a little long on the back. She started to trim the top again and I said I liked that part, just get the back. She said, "let me balance it the proper way, I want you to like it tomorrow when you wake up." She was absolutely right. A real treasure in Montmartre.

Sam understands color and continues to keep my light highlights and overall color exactly as I had them back home. My husband is grey now but he adds a hint on the darker side to give a fresh younger look and still look Very natural.
