The service, prices, warmth of the team and of course quality of hair care (and now spa services) can't be beat, and for the price. If you ask for a "soin" which is a deep hair conditioning you get a head massage thrown in. The salon caters to men and to women, and they accept walk-ins. Sophia herself will give you a completely new look, or you can get your makeup done, your hair styled for a special occasion, or opt for many other spa services. I wasn't sure what to anticipate and as soon as I walked into the salon I was warmly welcomed and put at immediate ease with a inviting smile. Coming from California, at best I know some French words but Sarah speaks English well. Initially she spent time consulting with me and I shared photo of what I was looking for (I went from short length hair to a pixie cut). We comfortably discussed my needs and she was very attentive to understand and throughout checking along to ensure I was happy as we went along. My haircut was crafted expertly and extremely happy with the outcome. Sarah was so sweet, genuine and truly accommodating! Sarah brought me to the rear of the salon to the wash station room. She explained she wanted to create a relaxing and soothing experience while getting hair washed/conditioned. Dimmed lights with a visual slide show projection of tropical images to enhance the experience- totally cool. The shampoo wash and head massage was the best ever! Sarah expertly gave a lengthy head and neck massage and ended with a hot/warm head towel to further add to the experience. It was a real treat! The salon itself has a contemporary, a chic but yet warm design, immaculate. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly. I was brought a tray of bottled Vitell water/glass during my visit. Be prepared since they don't rush you out the door with a quick turnaround appointment. Its apparent service is important and taking care of you takes added time which was very evident to me. Salon is easy to find on a side street off the active (popular amongst tourists) Rue Saint Denis (2nd Ard) about a 15 min walk from the Louvre/Notre Dame. Nice area to explore and walk about. I left the Saravy Salon super pleased and must say it was one of the highlights of my trip to Paris! I've been coming to Paris for years and this was my first time getting a haircut. My trepidations were quickly vanished and now I have a darling, stylish new haircut! Plan to be back again in the fall and will certainly book another appointment with Sarah at Saravy Salon!!!

No problem I was taken right away. I needed to make sure they had sulfate free shampoo which of course they did. The shampoo chairs were like nothing I have seen in the States. You lay back your feet go up and you get a chair massage. No wait she gives you a head massage for five minutes I was seriously falling asleep. Best shampoo I have ever had! My blowout was great the stylist took time to blow my hair in many sections to give it that beach wave look. What better treat then getting your hair done in Paris the capital of fashion and trends.

The colour results was very natural and exactly what I was looking for. The hair salon itself is located in one of my favourite neighborhood so it got the charm and the local clients. I thought it was a bit expensive but we are in a touristic area and also I wasn't told about the price I would pay until I had to pay. I would prefer a quotation beforehand rather than having a made up price at the end of my treatment. Would still be looking around for other good hairdressers otherwise would come back there.

Their next available opening was about a hour out so I took it and grabbed a glass of wine down the street while I waited. When I came back a chair was open and my cut, shampoo, and style started. i just tried this salon located right on my street in pigalle for a blowout today. i'm normally…read moresuper picky about my hair but my regular stylist was out of town, so i decided to try this place out. i'm happy to say they did an awesome job. the stylist laure was really sweet and totally understood what i wanted. everyone else in the shop was nice and welcoming. i paid 38 euros to blowout my long hair. that included shampoo and conditioner (not always a given in paris) in a massage chair. i was in and out in under an hour. the shop was neat and clean. side note: you can book your blowout online and it seems pretty easy to get in same-day. am definitely going back :)
