I waited over an hour while one technician did intricate art work on someone's nails, so I finally had to leave. She over processed my hair.. I have to now spend a fortune on expensive conditioners and hot oil treatment just so I can brush out my hair which now takes 45 min. I can't go swimming with my kids at the lake this summer unless I want to spend an hour trying to get my knots out and have lost so much hair. My quality of life has been ruined and I lost a summer having fun in the water with my kids. If she didn't have then time to do my hair properly she should have scheduled me on another day. She was a pregnant at the time and I suspect she went to eat while leaving the stuff in my hair too long, or she didn't do something.. for paying over $240 and having hair I hate and can't brush it's horrible. I wish I had never had it done. The color wasn't what I asked for either but looked ok. Never go there unless you want to lose half your hair, spend a ton of money just to brush it and hate and fear showers because of how dry and knotty your hair i.

The lady acted like it was a problem for her to do his massage. I helped my dad get undressed (faster for me to help him) and got him situated on the table. She said he has to lay face down for an hour and I told her if he can't then just let him turn over and massage that way. She was not willing to and said I will just do 30 min. Then she made me take the wheelchair out into the Mall area instead of letting it sit in the waiting room. When she was done she said we don't do people like him. We do regular people. Elderly people have to be done as a medical massage not here. Well there are no signs up any where or any literature stating this and she does not speak enough English or understand enough English to communicate this. Treated as if being old is second class and not willing to improvise to what would work best for him. I won't go back due to her attitude toward elderly.
