She over processed my hair.. I have to now spend a fortune on expensive conditioners and hot oil treatment just so I can brush out my hair which now takes 45 min. I can't go swimming with my kids at the lake this summer unless I want to spend an hour trying to get my knots out and have lost so much hair. My quality of life has been ruined and I lost a summer having fun in the water with my kids. If she didn't have then time to do my hair properly she should have scheduled me on another day. She was a pregnant at the time and I suspect she went to eat while leaving the stuff in my hair too long, or she didn't do something.. for paying over $240 and having hair I hate and can't brush it's horrible. I wish I had never had it done. The color wasn't what I asked for either but looked ok. Never go there unless you want to lose half your hair, spend a ton of money just to brush it and hate and fear showers because of how dry and knotty your hair i.

Today I was refused service 6/19/24 at 4:30pm, even though I waited days for the appointment, explained my situation by phone and the stylist let me sit past my appointment time before she even brought me back. I was shocked that she was so nasty to me before I could hardly get a word out. She claimed that the perm wouldn't take, but my hair was in the exact same condition last year when the other stylist successfully permed my hair. In fact, I have been getting perms for decades with varying degrees of organic henna remaining in my hair, and never had a problem. She was so loud and obnoxious, that everyone in the salon was watching. I had no choice but to leave, since no one would help me, and the humiliation was so great that I was in tears to be put on display like that! I felt like I committed a crime!
