Everyone is nice enough. But, there were a few things that were disappointing. The woman who shampooed my hair didn't do so thoroughly. She didn't wash underneath on the bottom of my head. Then she used so much conditioner that my hair feels dirty. The lady who dried my hair used entirely too much product. She also didn't dry my hair completely. She put some waves in with a straightener which may have turned out nice had there not been so much conditioner and product. Unfortunately I will have to wash my hair tomorrow because it's already looking and feeling dirty. I'm from the NYC area, and I know I have a high standard. I understand that this area services a very different clientele with different expectations, but I feel like my gripes are about things that should be subject to a universal protocol. read more

Great place to get your hair done! The place is clean and smells so good. The sinks where they wash your hair are actually comfortable for once! All of the workers are nice and friendly. Pricing is reasonable for such a nice place. read more

LITERALLY BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I was in need of a new hairstylist and this place IS IT! They kept up to COVID-19 policies, I felt very safe and the haircut was EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED: down to the thickness of how I wanted my curtain bangs cut. We had a very satisfying experience at Hair Dynasty when they were serving a wedding party. They knew exactly how to fix our hair for an updo that would hold and not get frizzy for a beach wedding and indoor reception. They even did an updo with braids for my 3 year old daughter's fine hair. Her hair held well without flyaways for the entire evening. I've been coming to hair dynasty to get my hair done for the past couple years now and I've had extensions for the past 5 years and I needed to find a salon that did them and did them better then what I had ! That's when I met the stylist Johnna who was referred by a few friends , so I came for a consultation and I fell in love with the extensions she does ! I've been coming here ever since ! My hair was ruined after I left my previous salon with the amount of glue they globed in my hair . Johnnas extensions are amazing ! She does the single fusion the ones by great lengths , when she's done putting them in you can't even tell that I have them in ! A girl Sarah dyed my hair and she did an absolutely terrible While she was bleaching my hair she walked away for a long period of time and in that time I could feel my scalp starting to burn. She had over processed my hair. The day I got it done it looked nice because Sarah but cream and stuff in my hair but when I was washing my hair a couple small clumps of hair came out and when it dried it was all frizzy and dry I had to cut my hair short because of that.
