I can honestly say that with Belle cutting my hair, I never had an "awkward phase" when growing it out. It always looked amazing, even between cuts, and I've never had to explain a lot or give a bunch of specific requests. She is a total pro at blending/layering; the cuts grow out looking great and I'm able to style them many different ways.
