My hair is short, so if I walk out of a salon with a cut that's too short, it's really no big deal, it will grow. But when one's hair is butchered, and cut so short, almost like a clipper cut with scissors, that there is NOTHING that can be done with it, the only option is to wait for it to grow out, it's disheartening, maddening and money NOT well spent. There's usually classic rock playing, which adds to the unique mood of the salon. Making appointments is super easy -- having the ability to make appointments online with real-time scheduling is a huge plus for this place. Some places I've found can have issues with being actually available at your appointment time, but I've never had to wait when I walk in (sometimes 5 or so minutes early) for my appointments, which makes me feel like my time is valued and means I can reliably schedule my day around the appointment.
