The following day I wanted to wear my hair straight and noticed my hair was not cut uniformly. I called the salon, they were super apologetic, invited me back it so it could be fixed. I understand mistakes happen we are not perfect I get them another chance to correct the hair. Now I want to wear my hair straight again and notice the hair is still uneven. At this point I and sad because I won't want to keep going back to keep loosing length as I did cut over 8 inches to begin with.

I had the worst leg wax experience there. It happened about 2 years ago, but never got around to…read morewriting this. To start, the woman who did my wax had no idea what she was doing. She didn't have the wax the right temperature and every time she would try to rip it, it would pull at my hair, but wouldn't rip it out, I don't think it was hot enough. She struggled with this for a while, but finally it kind of started to work. About an hour into the wax, and she wasn't even close to done, nobody's fault but her own. She had to cancel a hair appointment to finish my wax. I felt bad, but again, wasn't my fault. This wasn't my first time getting waxed, so I let my hair grow to the perfect length before booking the appointment, before my cruise. Anyways, we finish up around 2 excruciating hours later. When I get up to wipe my legs down to get the excess wax off (something she didn't do), I noticed there was still quite a bit of hair left. At this point, I was just ready to get out of there. I figured I'd go home and use my at-home wax kit to clean up the rest. Obviously this is upsetting because I was paying a lot of money to just have to go home and do more of it myself. The part that really upset me, is when I went to check out, they charged me AN EXTRA $50 because the appointment went over the 1 hour expected time. So here I was, having to pay $150 for legs that still had hair on them. I paid it, but called later to complain. The receptionist told me she'd have her manager reach out, she never did. I went on my cruise and it kind of slipped my mind, until just now when I came across this salon on here. DO NOT GET WAXED HERE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. An absolutely terrible environment. Stephanie seemed nice. but she didn't talk very much. I asked my hair to be cut to my shoulders, have some long layers and a side bang. It started off okay with the cut, but it was weird to be me when she didn't part my hair to cut the bangs. She started grabbing hair from the front and was cutting away. I think she might have been caught up listening to the other stylist and her client talking that she just went around my head and was cutting layers without paying attention. I decided to save money and just got a shampoo and cut done, so I didn't have my hair blow dried. The next day I was styling my hair, and I was horrified to find my layers were choppy and you could see the harsh lines on each layer. I called the salon and they asked me to come in, which I did, and I had Amber who was trying to fix the choppy cut, but Amber was not very nice and welcoming and she seemed to be in a hurry to get my hair fixed and on to the next client. Worst experience I have had in a long time going to Hair Cuttery.

I offered to come back later today as this was about 12 30 and she said it would have to be tomorrow. pretty sure they weren't full for today and I surely didn't see any walk-ins coming in and out the 45 minutes that I was waiting for somebody to come to the counter to help me. not sure why I couldn't have run a couple errands and come back so she could do her five minute trim up of them as that I have. So I went somewhere new to see a stylist who apparently "has a lot of experience" based on the two google reviews I found. Well she totally hacked up my hair! I have generally long straight hair, easy to manage and I've been told it's easy to cut/style. Wanted a trim and a FEW LONG LAYERS. Easy peasy! She dry cut my hair while telling me all about her ex-husband ("he's an a**hole, you should see the sh** he put me through") etc. So I'm listening, trying to be polite and then she scoops up my hair on top and chops it! She says "oh no long layers will thin out your hair so they need to be shorter" AFTER SHE CHOPPED it! Then she washed it, and scraped my scalp so hard with her nails that my scalp is still throbbing an hour later. I sear i have marks on my hairline from her nails. The water was lukewarm, the blow dryer she used looked and felt like a hotel travel-style blow dryer. She didn't use a brush while she blow dried (after I asked her to) and it frizzed up beyond belief. Now I'm a generally nice person. I hate conflict, I am very polite and pretty quiet. But this made me so upset! I don't want this to happen to another poor soul!

She got lazy and accustomed to our generous tips and felt she no longer had to worry about hooking my son up with a great haircut. No fade, no style nothing. I saw a post on Facebook for my neighborhood about a new stylist who specializes is men only (young female) I was shocked a young blond was in a men's barbershop cutting hair but after seeing her pictures of haircuts I told her please work your magic and gave her 100% free reign on my sons hair. Well she hooked him up! God led us to her and my son looks absolutely HANDSOME!!! She cut his hair according to his face shape, style ect. She has a good eye and I'm so happy we found her!
