With all the advertisement recently about a $9.99 hair cut I went to this location to get my cut. I was notified on the internet several times about the program for the $9.99 cut and needed a cut. When I got to the local Great Clips and finished getting my cut they calmly said that they were not participating in the Football, $9.99 program. The funning thing is that I was getting notices on my cell phone about the $9.99 program all week. I use my cell phone to set appointments with them on line and that would be the most real reason they had that number to advertise. Families need to use 1 stylist and not take over the entire salon. One family had all 4 stylists tied up with so many others were waiting. The kids and parent were extremely obnoxious and just kept having the stylist do more, change this, etc. where did common courtesy go. read more

Due to covid must check in online no problem. Check in app says 75 min wait. Seems long but I need a cut. Running errands so stop by about 30 minutes after I checked in. Staff tells me few customers ahead and the wait time is correct on my phone. Head back home cooking dinner for kids and get a text saying I am next in line. Serve the kids and run over to great clips only to be greeted with a door closing in my face and told to come back tomorrow. Website says location closes at 7 and it was just before 6 when I tried to enter. All facts stated above nothing more. read more

I have been to this one before and never had a problem until today. I took my son to get his haircut and he was in the chair about 5 minutes, if that. When I saw that the stylist was getting ready to take the cape off, I went back to discuss his hair. She shut me down and said that that was what he wanted. I said that I didn't like it and she when on to say that he wanted it that way. She didn't even cut the part that I disliked. She then went on to tell me that "well, mom kids get to an age that they want their hair a different way. My son didn't like his hair, but didn't want to be rude. I told him we paid for a service and that it needed to be the way he wanted it. read more
