Upon entering here we were greeted well and taken back to a small room with 2 pedicure chairs. The chairs were a little uncomfortable as the massaging mechanism was centric and the back didn't recline. The personal attention was nice, drinks were optional. I called on a whim, and they had an appointment available. Whew! I was pleasantly greeted and filled out my 'first time' form. After a brief chat to discuss my 'style', my hair was assessed, and I was sent to get shampooed. I have curly hair and have not had it professionally cut since 2018 because I was scarred by a hairstylist that I heard tell their coworker, "Don't worry if you make a mistake. She has curly hair and won't even notice." Let's just say that The Color Room has restored my faith in a quality haircut. Pam was my stylist. She was pleasant and efficient. She used the"Curly Girl" line for my hair. I never really thought my hair was coarse until they used this stuff, and now my hair feels as soft as a puppy's fur. I am not mad at it because usually, if my hair is this soft, it won't style. But upon leaving, everything was in order. My hair was on point, and I was ready for the rest of my afternoon.
