After a thorough consultation the fun begins. They have a closed shampoo room, with lowered lighting, soothing music, aromatherapy and a wonderful scalp massage. The hair color for my MIL was always perfect - a strawberry blonde. For myself I am natural white and grey. I occasionally get some 'color' on my white- I have done blue, pink, lavender and most recently a dark purple.
