The employees smiled and seemed happy to have me stop in. I did not have to wait and was offered a haircut quickly. The vision I had for my hair vs. what the hairdresser offered was slightly different. I'm sure within a few weeks my hair will look fine. Vibe? It wasn't what I prefer. The hairdressers were yelling to each other from across the room and the person cutting my hair was yelling in my ear. I didn't expect a top tier experience, but I was a bit surprised at the lack of care about the customer sitting right there. Oh well, it is what it is. read more

Please be careful! I had a stylist cut my hair my hair was down to middle of my back. I told her I wanted curtain bangs and a three inch trim. She suggested layers and I said yes to long layers because that is my usual style. She butchered my hair I sat in the chair for over an hour while she chopped and chopped when I said she cut too much she assured me that she will blow dry and show me the results. She was rough with me after I said something about her cutting too much pulling on my hair and shaking my head around. After she blow dried my hair it was a choppy uneven mess that was above my shoulders! I was mortified and in tears. The manager was there and assured me she can make it even but would have to take off even more length! The manager did make it even, but I am traumatized and left with a haircut that I am unhappy with and shocked by. I was told the girl who cut my hair was new to hair cutting, and that is possibly why she was so unprofessional, and rough with me. The manager Lauren was amazing, and I am surprised she was even able to make the work that was done to my hair look presentable. She said I will have to come back in a few months after it grows for another haircut to make it more even because she tried her best, but would have had to take up the length even more to make it even which I did not want. She offered me the return haircut for free which I appreciate, but to be honest I am very hurt by the experience and after a long day of work I had to be there in the salon from 4pm-8:30pm fixing this issue. Please be careful with who you have cut your hair! I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. I am left with a haircut that I don't feel confident or beautiful in. read more

I would give 0 stars if yelp would let me. To start, my stylist was very polite, however, I went in trying to be as helpful as possible giving the exact directions I had for my hair. I am getting my hair cut and I notice that large chunks of my hair are being cut, so I suggest to the stylist "this might be a bit too much hair" and I am told "No, its okay trust the process" so I stupidly did after about 20 minutes I am showed my hair and IT IS SHAVED! I was given a buzzcut after asking for nothing even close to a buzzcut! Overall 0/5 Will never be stepping foot into this location again read more

i have been going to Alyssa for 9 months and she is the best my hair always looks great!

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Didn't give me what I asked for, were rude to my baby brothers, the staff were arguing with each other, lying to customers over the phone on their skill set. A customer called asking if they could cut long, curly hair, and both the hair cutters shook their heads no but still told them to come in and said they could handle it. They also do not know how to fade cuts at all, it goes from straight up bald to hair. I asked for them to fade it in, give me a taper and trim the sides and back lightly. Basically leave my hair untouched but clean it up. Now I am rocking a 3 all around my head and the top of my head is all long hair. And they didn't even do the too right cuz the actual crown of my head is basically bald now too. Not to mention, I have an anti eyebrow piercing on my check and the lady cutting my hair kept getting it caught in the comb and would tug; I left bleeding from my cheek. And then to top it all off, they also messed up my baby brothers haircuts. But they're babies so that's fine. However I am 19 and a grown ass man, and now I have to shave my whole head after growing it out for 9 months cuz they did it that badly. The back is bald like halfway up my neck, they didn't even round it rightly. Absolute worst haircut I've ever gotten, and I've gotten some pretty shitty haircuts. Do NOT go here. I've only had the pleasure of getting a cut from Lauren, so this review is specific to her. She's very good. Very attentive. Takes the time to understand what you're looking for, even if you may not be able to articulate it very well. She asks for feedback throughout the cut to ensure that you're going to be as happy as possible with the end result. She also has a very pleasant demeanor, and is really easy to talk to. I moved to Delco six years ago, and she's the first stylist that I have been pleased with. So long as she's in the area, I don't intend to go anywhere else. read more

Went to Hair Cuttery today for Shampoo and cut and saw Lauren. This is actually the best haircut I have ever gotten. I have stick straight hair and wanted a bob that curled under naturally without doing anything else to it and she nailed it spot on. Will not be going anywhere else from now on. read more

Had to be the worst haircut of my life. When I walked in through the door, my wife and daughter laughed at me. They called it patches! It was to be a simple buzz cut. He missed patches of hair, lol! It really was terrible. I wound up just taking a razor to my head. read more

I was a bit skeptic at first after reading reviews all over the internet that were very evenly split between "don't ever go there" and "omg what a great experience" I have to say that I am pleased with the result. I forgot the ladies name but she cut the way I wanted it done and it looks comparable to what I had shown her if you take into account the the lady in the picture was in her 20s at best and I have long past that LOL I am pleased with my experience read more

Jamie is my new stylist and she's absolutely awesome. She's always pleasant and makes me feel welcome.

Worked really hard to finally get my hair done. Went in for highlights and cut and am very disappointed. My highlights are barely visible and I did not want to hurt feelings so I left quietly and said they were good. My fault for not speaking up but I now have a fall look for the summer and all I was really happy with was the cut. When I finally washed my hair I found a blob of bleached out hair, I gave a great tip and in hindsight I realize that she was in a hurry and very much going through the motions with me. I'll not return read more

The place has always been great. The haircut I received was exactly what I asked for. Great job Bandana

Cut not even. Faded left side higher than other. Will have to get " fixed" again in couple weeks. Told "him..do NOT want high fade. #3 and scissor blend Looks like crap for weekend wedding pictures Never coming back Had cut by this person prior with same result. Last woman that cut hair there was fine read more
