When we walked up Michelle let us in, very clean and exciting walking to her room, and she introduced us to Mikey who was really nice, his room looked cool, and he had some good music on, I liked the tunes! Michelle's room was "WOW" according to my kiddo. She offered beverages for us my daughter had a sprite and I had a coffee. But honestly, after spending over $700, I'm just really disappointed with how everything turned out. My highlights came out chunky and uneven, nothing like the soft, blended, lived-in look I asked for (in addition, the blowout I got during my first appointment was the WORST blowout I have had in my entire life). I went back twice to get it fixed, and I could tell they were genuinely trying, but it still wasn't right. The tone at my crown didn't match my ends, there was brassiness that never fully went away, and now, a few washes later, that brassiness is already creeping back. On top of that, my hair ended up noticeably darker overall than what I wanted in the first place. I also went in for what should've been a simple trim, and way more length came off than I asked for (and I've spent years trying to grow out my hair). At the end of the day, I paid a lot of money and went through multiple appointments, and I still didn't get the color or the cut I asked for. Really disappointing for the price.
