Tera is so good at what she does! I am the kind of person that likes to change up my hair ALL.THE.TIME. My hair still feels so healthy, she recommends great products to keep my color at home. She quoted me for 150 BUT CHARGED ME 170. While she was going my hair she had worked on 2 other people of even really paying attention unless she finished with the other people. Fast forward she is done with my hair. Once I got home and looked at my hair I noticed that it wasn't a balayage at all and she didn't do a base color. The front of my hair had a decent amount of blonde and the other side barely had any. You could see the the color I had on my hair previously and then my roots which had also grown out. I reached out to Her as soon as I saw it. I told her my hair truthfully looked sloppily done and very unsymmetrical. She tried to tell me I needed to pay 40$ for her to fix my hair. I told her I was not ok with paying for what she did not initially do. She says she'll fix it free of cost and schedules an appointment to fix it. Long story short she didn't fix it and it truthfully don't look any better. She got the hair dye all over my face as well. She washed the color and bleach out and was going to have my walk out the salon with my hair SOAKING WET because her next client showed up. I literally had to ask if I could use the blow dryer and has to blow dry my hair myself. I've never had a worse hair salon experience. And my hair looks horrible.

After a horrible experience at another salon a year and a half ago where my hair was severely…read moredamaged, fried off, and gradually fell out and broke off in thousands of different lengths -- including spots where it fell out at the root -- I honestly never thought I would feel like myself again. My hair had been long my entire life, so losing it was genuinely traumatic. My confidence completely changed, my lifestyle changed, and I became terrified to trust anyone with my hair again. When I reached out to Megan Wages, I explained everything to her and warned her about the challenge ahead if she decided to take me on as a new client. Instead of being intimidated, she confidently accepted and immediately made me feel comfortable. We started with a consultation, then highlights a few days later, and two days after that she installed my extensions. First of all... the COLOR. Absolutely stunning. My highlights are gorgeous and blend perfectly with my extensions. Everything looks seamless, natural, healthy, and flawless. Megan truly has an eye for color and detail. But what impacted me the most was the amount of care and effort she poured into me as a client. This woman stood on her feet for SEVEN HOURS straight installing my extensions without taking a break... while being 6 months pregnant. And when we realized I needed more fullness around my face than what we originally ordered, she literally went out to her car and brought back extensions she had been saving for herself for months because she hadn't had time to install them yet. Without hesitation, she used her own extensions in my hair just to make sure everything looked perfect. That moment told me everything I needed to know about Megan's character. You can find talented hairstylists. But finding someone genuinely selfless, caring, passionate about their work, and willing to go above and beyond for a client the way Megan did is incredibly rare. When I saw myself in the mirror with long hair again, I cried. It was one of the most emotional and healing moments I've had in a long time because for the first time in over a year and a half, I finally felt pretty again. I finally felt like ME again. Megan didn't just transform my hair. She helped restore my confidence after one of the hardest experiences I've ever had with my appearance. Because of her, I trust someone with my hair again. I truly feel like I found a hairstylist angel, and she absolutely gained a forever client. I cannot thank her enough for her talent, kindness, patience, and heart. I will forever be grateful for what she did for me.
