We picked a rich brown, she applied the color, said she would be back in 15 minutes but returned 25 minutes later. By then, my hair was black. After rinsing and drying, it was so dark, I was upset. She took forever it seemed to do a trim of 1/2 inch, and I just wanted to get out of there. No, I did not complain to the owner or stylist, but I should have; I was just upset, and the stylist knew it. I just need to find someone I can trust and who is experienced. I ended up going home and finding a product online that would strip out color gently, and after 3 applications of this product, my hair looked medium brown again instead of black. So disappointed in this local salon; maybe they should monitor or mentor their new hires better. I had gone here before for a trim with a different stylist, and she did do a good job, but she is part-time and is hard to schedule with.

WORST HAIRCUT I'VE EVER HAD…read more WORST HAIRCUT I'VE EVER HAD. I left crying. You can't put hair back I went in for a cut with Rich Kollerb and we talked about keeping my length and layers and the V shape and just cleaning it up and taking up one longer thin layer. When he was done I was shocked. He just cut straight across the bottom of my hair. No V shape. No layers. He didn't even check the front of my hair to see if anything needed to be trimmed. I had to go home and trim the long pieces he left at the front. He never even walked around to the front of my head to check the hair in front!!?? I waited a few days before sending him a detailed and polite text saying that my hair was not what we talked about and sent him a picture of what I was expecting and what we discussed. His response began with "Stop blowing up my phone. ..." Are you serious?? I was politely tying to ask him if he would fix my hair and that is how he responded!!?? I should have never gone back for him to fix it. I knew I shouldn't have gone back but I did....Worst mistake I made aside from going to him in the first place (I didn' t know then though) He cut off a total of about 6 inches!!!!! I can't use my hair extensions I bought for a wedding because my hair is so short now and blunt cut and the difference in length looks totally ridiculous. He "fixed" my hair by cutting more off and giving me chopped up and uneven layers and again cutting straight across the bottom. I'm in tears and so pissed about this. I can't put hair back and he ruined my hair and it will take me a year and a half to grow back. I had to pay $70 for another person to fix my hair plus another $120 for more extensions for this wedding. He said he would refund me and still has not. NEVER GET YOUR HAIR CUT BY RICH KOLLEREB. YOU WILL REGRET IT
