I am overjoyed with my experience with Premier Exterior Solutions Inc.!!!…read moreBy chance, I met Kim (the office manager) soon after my house was damaged by the hail storm early July, 2021. I had never been through this process before and Kim offered to help me with any advice I wanted, even if I didn't choose Premier Exteriors to do the work. There were many little things that I needed clarity on and Kim happily offered me information. The company that did the original insurance appraisal never did call me to follow up and see if I wanted them to do the work. I began to feel very confident in what Premier Exterior Solutions had to offer so I asked Kim for an estimate. Roger came to my house and did many measurements and advised me that he would get a completed estimate to me within a day or two. Roger was sure that the original estimate for siding was way off and that the original estimator had not included one side of the house. Roger and Kim worked at getting an Eagle View to substantiate Roger's findings and sent the updated estimate figures to the insurance company. Once the new numbers were agreed upon by the insurance company, Roger came and spent time explaining the different shingles and siding colors and options available to me. I decided on what I wanted and the material were ordered. As soon as the materials were in, workers came to my house and did the roof first, then the siding and then the gutters. Every worker was conscientious and respectful. The roofers laid out tarps all around the house while they worked on the shingles. At the end of the day, all the tarps and equipment was put away. There was never a mess left when the workers weren't there working. Every worker did an outstanding job and my house looks great! Throughout the entire process, Kim and Roger kept me up to date on the timelines for the work. I always felt I knew what was happening. I highly recommend Premier Exteriors for any exterior work!!!

I thought I was hiring one of the better company's in the city to replace my roof. What I got has been nothing but headaches and false truths from them. Green Sky's quote was incredibly competitive, and prior reviews gave me piece of mind on the quality of work. My wife and I selected their quote. Kathy and Eric did a wonderful job communicating with me on when the job would begin. It took a day and a half, and the results were excellent. The crew was also very professional and did an amazing job on clean up. You really can't tell they were even here other than having a beautiful new roof. Will definitely consider Green Sky for future projects I need completed.

But I had them replace the whole roof and used a membrane over entire roof. Now shingles are just for show really. Rush credited credited me back for items not installed when home built. Owner/manager attended to sort out issues and have been happy with roof coming on 10 years. Easy to work with. In photo you see that shingles not staggered properly but really a cosmetic item. Reviews are important. If you put a membrane over your whole roof it will never leak even after the shingles give out. Everyone says not necessarily; but, I will have the best roof even after I am done.

Avoid this company like the plague. The roof on our home was installed improperly...a "rush" job…read more We have had several leaks over the years. Their attempt under warrantly to repair the problem was useless. Most recently we experienced several leaks during a driving rain storm. We now know that they botched the install on the valley, that there were cracks and problems with several of the vents, and what's worse, that the roofers nailed down a 2 x 4 for support while working, instead of using proper strapping. They removed it at the end of the job, leaving the nail holes exposed. Since then, I have heard from several in the roofing industry that this company has a reputation for being the worst of the worst.
