I mentioned how I've been getting calf cramps/charley horses this trimester and she took her time massaging my calves by hand and with a mini hypervolt. I was really annoyed that they didn't get start on our pedicure all at same time because we had plans to do stuff afterwards. We were about to cancel the third person but they apologized to us and didn't charge the third girl for Gel application. But they should have discounted all of us because we all had to wait. If you can't take us at the time of appointment they shouldn't make it. Because it's such an inconvenience. The quality of the pedi's were not that great and it was pricey. I was shocked to hear when he said it was an additional $20 for Gel nail polish. Wow! And a manicure with no nail polish costs $25. Note: the shop is nice and clean.

All you ladies out there knows how difficult it is to find that one lady that you just absolutely trust it all when she does your nails for you.. and that person would surely be Ivy. Not only does Ivy have a bubbly personality but her nail work is immaculate. She is able to pay so much attention to details from every inch of my cuticles to the small designs that she does to my nails. Last week will be my 4th consecutive time that Ivy had done work to my nails and I love it every time. The first time I came to Ivy was for a friend's wedding and Ivy spent close to an hour on my nail because she wanted to make sure every small piece was perfect. *i'm someone picky* and change my mind quite frequently with designs and Ivy was able to accommodate me along the way.
