My parents love the place. I looked at quite a few other places and this is head and shoulders better than any other place I looked at. He came into the visit with knowledge of what her past record was all about. My daughter and I had a horrible experience at Illinois Express Eyecare in Mattoon, IL. just a few days before this appointment. So we were a little weary going to another place, but to our surprise it was a great experience. Like I said earlier, very professional. We felt comfortable and know that things will be ok because he made sure everything was taken care of. Dr. Goldstein made a follow up appointment and is now sending my daughter to ophthalmologist for more care, unlike what happened at Illinois Express Eyecare. At that place they made the lenses there and handed my daughter the glasses that weren't made right, and expected my daughter to where them! Without checking them! The lense' maker hit wrong numbers, but why didn't the office manager have a rule to check the lenses before giving to a child?! A child isn't going to know what's going on, even though she said immediately, "I can't see!" when they handed it to her. We went 5 days trying back and forth to get it straighten out, but finally asked for refund and they only refunded the glasses not the exam, which the prescription turned out wrong too.
