She is what I consider a real Doctor because if you are super sick she does make house calls. I've called numerous times and eventually someone got back to me at almost 2 1/2 months and told me they lost my blood sample. I have been calling requesting a refund on the days they are open and it keeps going to voice mail. They are refusing to provide me with a refund after losing my blood sample. I have given ample time and at this point I have filled a complaint with the BBB.
