Consider it Done team will send you a good and "promising" checklist of tasks they plan to complete, then not finish it and charge you the max amount of the bid. They will tell you that you didn't actually pay for the task that they didn't get to in their checklist. Elinor (the manager) ruined the knobs on our stove, she admitted to using oven cleaner on them while cleaning the inside of the stove (a huge no-no) and then refused to replace all that was ruined by her and her team. This is nearly $100 worth of damage! When we complained about the poor cleaning, property damage, and all the task that were not done and paid for they refused to return to complete them or refund the money, and then they stopped communicating entirely.
