I was disappointed with my experience. I called because I wanted a professional opinion on whether…read moremy brakes actually needed to be replaced. During the phone conversation, I was not informed that there would be a $50 inspection fee just for looking at the vehicle. After inspecting my car, I was quoted approximately $1,500 for pads and rotors on all four wheels. Since that was a significant expense, I wanted to get a second opinion before committing to the repair. At that point, I was told I owed $50 for the inspection. My frustration is not with charging a diagnostic fee itself, but with the fact that it was never discussed beforehand. Had I been informed of the fee when I scheduled the appointment, I could have made an informed decision. Transparency about costs upfront is important, and unfortunately that was missing from my experience.

I apologize in advance for forgetting his name But it was a horrible morning of back to back bad luck. and funny thing it's Aprils fools day -.- Me and my fiancé and daughter were headed back home to New York from the Poconos that was a horrible experience in it's self we turned to go to an antique shop and it had rain the day before so the floor look like grassy floor but it was muddy water and we slid and that muddy floor was a ditch smh! we were helped by good samaritan that helped us get out of the ditch with his pick up truck thank you sir. We were back on the road and headed home when our car started shaking . We got nervous and pulled into the nearest mechanic shop Rev it up at 92 Main St, Sparta, NJ 07871 and we're helped by the kind mechanic but we are from NY and couldn't leave our car here he told us what he believed the problem was and told us it could be a couple of days he poured cooling fluid in our car since it over heated but the radiator was cracked so it couldn't hold the fluid. He was also kind enough to let us wait for the towing company and let us use the bathroom. They were so kind then you so much.

I got an estimate down the street that gave me a high price and told me it would take four weeks to repair. Then I took my car here and got the same job done for half the price and it was all fixed in one week! A quarter of the time! I wouldn't have been able to afford any other place. I would've been totally stuck and screwed without a car. This place saved my life! When I got my car back, I could not believe the magic they did. I can not thank them and recommend them enough. My husband and I were in an accident - rear ended at a red light. We needed a car, as the…read moreinsurance company decided to total the car, even though it drove perfectly. My husband is elderly and I am disabled. We haven't found any decent cars in our area, so we turned to the internet. We saw a car, a Subaru Outback 6 speed manual, that looked good and met all of our requirements, including price. We live out of state. It is difficult for us to travel. First, George said it couldn't be shipped. Later, he said it could be shipped for $200, claiming he already said that. We called to buy it. We weren't even trying to beat him down in price. George argued with us about buying it. He said he never heard of anyone buying a car without test driving it. People buy cars off the internet all the time. The listing said the car was in excellent shape and came with a 6 month extended warrantee.. Is this a good car? He said that it was 2 months ago. He couldn't say now. Why doesn't this guy want to take our money? George essentially said we couldn't trust him. He said it could only be purchased with a certified bank check - no bank transfer, no credit card. George said if we did this, we would send him the money first, no paperwork. After he gets the money from the certified check, then we buy the car. What stops him from just keeping our money? Our conversation with him was like being in the twilight zone. This was on Friday. On Monday, we had a friend who is a mechanic who lives in NJ go to the dealership, hoping we could get this done. The car was sold. Thank you George. He screwed us. Maybe it's best we didn't get the car. This business seems pretty shady if you ask me.
