The sheets were dirty. They had some that looked like blood on them. No iron, blow dryer or coffee…read morepot. I called 3 times for new sheets and towels and no one brought any. They neglected to give us any utensils with room service. I had to call over and over again for toilet paper and they still hadn't brought any when we checked out. The only thing I like was the Bloody Marys that Gabriel made in the upstairs bar. They were amazing.

Management tries to keep some control of 150 noisy males but cannot. Can no longer recommend this place as i have done for past 10 years as it has reached below rock. These guests frighten me and I am over 6 feet tall and athletic and when I ask them to keep their noise down at my door they scream at me with obscene gestures and threats. The hotel work-crew of 3 local ladies is terrific and very friendly but overwhelmed so doesnt have time to clean my room. I am sorry to leave such a horrible review but it is my worst experience in 40 years of travel.
