Today I tried the chicken and medium steak hibachi combo. All hibachi orders come with vegetables and fried rice which is already a good deal. Most places it's additional $2 or more for friends rice. My order was ready in less than 10 mins. I was like WHOA! Now that's service!! Haha! I came home sat down and ate my order. Didn't feel like sitting out there next to the food truck to eat my food. Parking wasn't paved and every car that leaves or enters makes a dust storm! Gross! Not my ideal place to eat. Food was flavorful. My friends were right. These guys are fast, delicious and affordable. They even put in extra soy sauce and spicy mayo sauce in case you want to add more flavor to it. Aside from the parking and unpaved road with the dust storm, the reason for my rating (4/5 stars) is because my fried rice was a little undercooked!! I'm just hoping that I only got a bad batch. I wish they put a little more water in the rice or left it in the steamer a little longer before making it into a fried rice. It was flavorful but was just undercook. It was still a little hard when I was chewing on it. Next time I come here and have the same problem then I will let them know that the rice is undercooked.

Decided on ordering takeout and got two orders of hibachi, both steak and chicken. The fried rice and steak were great. The chicken was terrible. The consistency was hard and tasted like it had been cooked with old salmon. I'm thinking that it was cooked earlier in the day and just warmed up before serving. My guess is that my experience wasn't par for the course since the steak and rice were great. I think that they just had some old chicken that they didn't want to have to throw out.

The bars were completely stocked and filled constantly with a great variety of food not just Chinese so everyone could have some thing that they liked. We didn't have to wait for anything at all. The community was very diverse and very family friendly. The only thing to watch for, and this may be an Arkansas thing, is that they add the gratuity to the ticket when there was only three adults. That isn't what stated as you enter the building, however, it was added, and I questioned it. The sad part is, it was only 5% of the bill so the servers are not getting much. Overall, if in the area again, we would definitely stop in.
