Finally... a coffee shop/ coffee roaster utilizing beans from the Benguet region of the Philippines and from the famous Kalsada. The Kalsada Sitio Belis which is their arabica blend is much talked about, so the extra P20 seemed worthwhile. I liked how specific they are about preparing your choice of coffee product/ habit, so I was still able to order something floofy like the Sea Salt Caramel Latte (170 php) with the specific coffee varietal. I love how much bolder and robust Philippine coffee is, making that cup of joe that much more expressive and memorable. Invigorating!
They also have a small food menu and your typical pastries. The openness of this shop overlooking a little city green space makes it a pleasant sitting area on a sunny day. Oh how I wish I had taken a bag home! Guess I have Mostra for my Philippine coffee pleasures. read more
