Regarding Guardianships, specifically incapacitated person's estates, I am blessed with the continued opportunity to work with both families assisting family members and professional guardians. Since 1996, I have assisted prospective adoptive parents in adopting over 200 children into "forever families". This is an area of my practice that is very enjoyable for me given that, as an attorney, I am afforded the opportunity of assisting in putting families together. I provide valued representation to executors/personal representatives, and heirs in all aspects of probate estate matters including estate litigation. My practice also offers estate planning as well.

Over the course of the 14 months my case took to settle Jack and his team were always their to answer questions, be there for emotional support and fight the good fight. He is direct, fact-based, and articulate with an incredible knack for saying the things that need to be said without being derogatory. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Miller. I realize good facts do more for one's case than the attorney, but I firmly believe I would not come away with what I did had I not been represented by him.
