For water you also can choose between various types of container including plastic, bpa free plastic and glass bottles. Service is always friendly and I've never waited behind more than one other customer at the retail location. They have some cool accessories as well, like an electronic water pump, which I have never seen before. Prices are super reasonable and when you return the bottles you get your deposit back. Free parking and finding a space nearby is never an issue.

What a joke this company is…read more I will start by saying the delivery drivers are fantastic, great and helpful people. The administration, however, do not have the slightest clue on how to operate a business. When I 1st signed up for home delivery, I took the account number that they gave me and registered my online account. They had my address as a business in Quebec. Huh??? It took me close to a year to get that straightened out. Then, the empties were not taken away for 5 months. I called to make sure they would get picked up on the next delivery. They did pick up 10 empties but dropped 10 full bottles. I had to cancel delivery for 6 months. I also removed my payment information from my account as I could not afford to have the full amount taken all at once. I paid off the bill over 3 month. Once that was all settled up, I arranged for deliveries to resume. It went well for a month or two, deliveries were made, invoices sent and I paid them off. Then, one day, I received an invoice, I went and paid it as I usually do, but then they tried to take a payment and it was rejected. (Because I had removed my payment information a year ago.) I had already paid the bill but they locked my account and stopped deliveries. It took me 2 months to get this fixed. They had even sent me an invoice with a credit of $24.01 which I had to forward to their accounting department. I also sent them a screen-shot of my bank account showing the payment. I asked them if they needed any other information to be able to figure out their own accounting. Delivery of my water is SUPPOSED to happen in 3 days. Let's see what happens. I also just received a new invoice today, without the $24.01 credit and showing a zero balance. (Hmmm, ok, better than having to pay a bill that I already paid I guess.) I was told that the payment went to the wrong account so I went to my bank account to make sure I had the account number correct and wouldn't you know it, it WAS! It is a shame that I like the taste of this water so much because I would not hesitate to stop deliveries all together. In conclusion, I do NOT recommend Canadian Springs deliveries in the Kamloops area AT ALL. Save yourself the headaches and get it from Safeway.

Hired this service three years ago and have had home delivery as well as filling at their self serve. Returned three bottles for a credit on my account two years ago which had disappeared yesterday?? Was told they never did that, but I had partially used the credit for this so I know they did. Had a broken bottle bought there and wanted to exchange for a new one. First he insinuated I had bought it elsewhere. Was told needed to pay full price for a new one, no credit would be issued for returning that bottle. When I said I wouldn't want to buy under these terms again, he wasn't even going to refund for the water in the leaking bottle. He reluctantly did so but I had to insist. At no time was I rude or loud I do not operate that way, but rep was condescending and frankly rude. He has lost a very good repeat customer and my family as well.
