Based on a single visit encompassing outdoor window cleaning, skylight cleaning, and gutter…read morecleaning: Overall, it was a great experience! - Booking was easy: via phone, patient, and answered my questions satisfactorily every time and even when I added services on two occasions (skylights and gutter cleaning). - The quotes are e-mailed to you and easily understood. - The local franchise owner (Robin) called a couple of days beforehand to confirm expectations. - He and and his team were great when they came on-site; from the introductions, explanation as to what to expect process-wise, to the actual process (and Robin himself climbing on the roof to do the gutter cleaning) to the summary at the end. - Quality of work was great; I like how distilled water is used to clean the windows to prevent the need for drying or streaking! - The invoice comes in an e-mail a couple of weeks later and it's convenient/easy to pay online. Ultimately, for my busy work schedule (I just someone to take care of things while I'm at work) the experience was great and I will be engaging their services again and recommending them to friends and family!

What a difference it made to the appearance of our house! Aaron used a special brush to get rid of the spider webs clinging to the soffits. I had done a small area over my balcony and it takes some scrubbing to get into the nooks and crannies. Aaron painstakingly did the entire duplex for my neighbour and I. He really paid great attention to detail. It looked so good that another neighbour came over and asked him to go do a quote for them, too. I highly recommend this company and the price was very fair for the amount of time and labour involved. Thanks so much Aaron. See you next time our gutters need cleaning.

The angle was incorrect causing the water to run away from the downspouts. Called them many, many times regarding the problem and they always said they are very busy but would get to it. Part of the initial conversation was that the job had to be done in one day due to location and time issues. They managed to get it done and done very well.
