They like everyone else have been hit with shortages in supplies. They are honest up front and do not put a delivery time on anything. Local Yamaha motor repair shop. Make sure you are willing to leave the motor for a while so they can service it. (2 weeks for the first service)..... The only downfall is they are closed on Sundays and have short hours on Saturday, but that is the same as all boat shops here on Lake Oconne.

I was assured that the boat would have the accessory table, boat cover and all manuals at delivery. The table and owners manuals were not delivered. The cover delivered with boar was for a completely different and larger craft - it did not fit. I tried for over 8 weeks to get an answer from YH as to when these items could be delivered. After several texts and emails, I finally was called by the original salesman that my cover would be in, in 5 days. I allowed 10 days to pass before reaching out for status. I was then told a new cover would be ordered and the boat would need to be picked up. At pickup, I was told it would be returned in "a couple days".. It has now been 7 days with no communication from YH. I just called and was told "it's next in line"! When I asked when it would now be ready? - I was told "hopefully this weekend. If you value your time, expect service from companies you spend your money with, do not do business with us location.

We did the Bronze Party Package for 10 of us - it was easy to book and totally affordable. This package included: 1 jet ski, 2 single kayaks, 1 tandem kayak, 2 stand-up paddleboards, and a party float/ lounger! We had fun alllll dayyyy long!! The staff was informative and took our safety seriously but also really encouraged us to have fun. Riding the jet skis was probably our favorite part! There was a picnic table right by the water that we were able to use and the water in the lake was clear. We even got to see an Eagle!!! We did not have the best experience renting from this company. While the check-in process was…read morepleasant as someone assisted us with taking our bags and cooler to our rental the check out process left much to be desired. During our time on the lake we followed instructions to remain within a designated boundary to avoid rocky areas and stayed far inland however we hit some rocks and the prop had to be exchanged midway through our 4 hour block. We again drove under the bridge as instructed and left the boat in neutral in the middle of the lake for most of the remaining time block. We did not see any rocks which of course you would not in the middle of a lake but the new prop sustained minor damage a second time. We were charged an additional $500 for damages. In addition, we returned the boat early in an effort to avoid any further charges and we were ignored when trying to return the life vests for possible sterilization prior to re-use as we are in the middle of a Covid-19 pandemic. I would not recommend this company for your lake and water sports activities.
