We were specifically told by Warren yesterday 7/14/20 that payment would be overnighted today and received by Thursday 7/16/20. We followed up today to get the tracking number he told us he would have only to be told the payment was mailed out today and scheduled to be delivered Monday 7/20/20 by 8pm. Of course the contractor is calling, texting and emailing for payment for completed work (rightfully so). 4 months, numerous broken promises and more than a handful of "I'm sorries"!
