Unfortunately, our recent experience has been extremely disappointing. My son was on a policy with my daughter. She left the policy over a year ago, yet he continued to be charged for her as if she were still listed. After finally catching the error, multiple Progressive representatives acknowledged the mistake and told him he would be receiving a refund. They even gave him the refund amount and assured him not to worry. He was also placed on a new policy under his name to avoid any further confusion. Weeks later, when my son followed up to ask about the refund check, he was suddenly told it was a "misunderstanding" and that he would not be receiving anything. Despite speaking with multiple representatives who all told him the same thing initially, Progressive refused to honor what they promised or take accountability for their error. It's very frustrating that Progressive would rather lose long-term customers than make things right, especially when the mistake was theirs and they clearly acknowledged it at first. This experience has completely changed how we view this company, and I would caution others to carefully review their policies and billing.

My husband put in an online request for State Farm representative to give us a call for a quote. We got lucky that Kelly Holmes got our inquiry. Kelly who immediately made us feel comfortable and valued, took his time to understand our needs and concerns for rate increases across the State of FL. At the time of our 1st conversation, the quote did not look like it was going to be cheaper, but Kelly spoke on the phone with me for about 20 minutes without making me feel rushed or feeling like it was a waste of his time.
