An employee came up to the front and was rude: Asking if I worked there and that I wasn't allowed behind the counter, that I had to wait for an employee. How long does a customer have to wait and then be chewed out by an employee not doing their job? I have been in this CVS before and would have been waiting forever for an employee to assist. If the store does not want customers to self-checkout, then an employee should be at the front at all times to assist customers. Will not be going to this CVS in the future.

They do not get your prescriptions filled and make all kinds of excuses. But you can't have that many this or that issues to account for the number of times we have been through this in a matter of less than 9 months. Their lies are unacceptable. Their incompetence is beyond words. Their horrible attitudes are mindblowing. This place needs to be shut down and corporate needs to do a complete revamp. They are going to cause major issues. My husband needs his heart meds and we have been given the run arounds for a week. We are done and will be filing complaints with corporate and the appropriate agencies,as well as the BBB. They sliced like potatoes (and were the color of potatoes inside), and the flavor was almost non-existent. When will produce sellers and suppliers (and inexperienced shoppers who fall for ads that say "big and plump") realize that "big and plump" DOES NOT indicate quality strawberries; the best ones are smaller, red or dark pink all the way through, and have a strong, sweet strawberry taste and (when cut) smell.

I called a manager when arriving home to tell her my complaint but didn't know the card was the wrong card yet. Then I had to purchase ANOTHER $35 phone card at home online to use the phone.
