Miss Nora, needs to give the same energy back that she was given a few moments ago. I was helpful and pleasant and grateful. She made zero eye contact and never showed any gratitude for business. I understand people can have bad days, but when someone is paying attention to you, try to at least show some semblance of life. Zero acknowledgement. We can go back to machines, they at least say "thank you" when they produce the receipt. I don't need the thanks, I sure as hell did not need the total lack of acknowledgment.
