I knew from previous dentist visits that my wisdom teeth were ok and I felt hustled so I never went back. Today's Family Dental took me in and told me exactly what needed to be done without trying to milk my bank account. They made accommodations to get my work done before my vacation so I would no longer have any tooth pain and could enjoy myself. The staff was great and a special shoutout to Amy for going the extra mile to get me in and also keeping me calm throughout the procedure. Dr. Glass at Urnise dentistry ruined my teeth…read more Dr. Urnise and I had discussed replacing the veneers on my 2 front teeth because they were old and starting to crack. It was end of year and I had money left in my HSA so I made an appt. Dr.Urnise was booked out for over 2 months so they made my appointment with Dr. Glass. Without any discussion, instead of replacing my veneers with new veneers, he replaced them with crowns. I look like I have beaver teeth. The crowns are a horrible color. When discussing color, I told them to make the new veneers match the old ones, they did not.,They are too large and are pushing 2 of my teeth out of place. They ride in my bottom lip and I am constantly trying to move my lip out from under my teeth. They rub the inside of my lip making it raw at times and now one of the teeth that is being pushed out of place is also rubbing the inside of my mouth. I have tried to adjust to them and just make it work. It doesn't work. I finally made an appt with another dentist and we will see if I have any options other than implants. I was convinced that the removal would improve my dental pain despite them not understanding my underlying condition of Ehlers Danlos syndrome which runs in my family. They removed my teeth and the dentist who was supervising all of the procedures Reuters and moved away. The dentist who Bought the practice was supposed to be experienced in . Cosmetic dentistry "an expert" in replacing teeth with permanent implants to look natural. My experience with the replace element company Quartz dental was a Complete failure - after removal of al of my teeth they gave me denture that don't fit and cause continuous sores in my mout due to poor fit after several reiterations and redone dentures. The lowers were to be permanent implants but I could not afford both upper And lower implants. After spending $22,000 I now have teeth I can not wear - both the implants and the upper Denture - I am So disappointed that both have failed because I can't wear either without having continuous sores and bleeding after a full year of treatment. I am seriously disappointed because they did not investigate my condition prior to Treatment. Now I have no teeth and significant pain all the time. My recommendation is do not use Quartz Dental because they don't have the expertise to handle patients appropriately without research conditions patients may have. Do not use them. I have wasted $22,000 and have no teeth now.
