A complaint I'd seen on google shared how at times the lady would leave the room and leave the person exposed. My lady left twice to get the damp towel to wipe off the oil and each time I was fully covered with a towel before she left. I got a combo 1/2 foot 1/2 body. The body portion was great. Pressure was perfect and I never felt uncomfortable. I will say this was her strength as she wasn't as great at the foot portion. I'm not saying bad, but one was certainly better than the other. Upon paying, I was asked for cash and told cash is better. It all pays the same. A few of these types of businesses charge a fee for credit to offset their charge. I believe that's fair, and would rather pay the fee than be made feel like my credit card isn't welcomed. I came here due to the great reviews on google, and like I mentioned earlier, am satisfied and would recommend this place to others.

My cousin regularly sees Dylan and my husband booked me a massage for Mother's Day. Dylan was absolutely incredible. He spent time listening to my needs and my preferences before the massage, and was tentative during the massage when I requested adjustments on pressure in certain areas. Dylan has hot stones, and those cupping thingies if that's your thing. I was not into the cupping and Dylan took them off pretty quick (thanks Dylan). The rooms were well decorated, the tables were comfortable and I really enjoyed my massage. I like to be a little sore after (since my back and neck are so tight I request deep pressure) and I felt pleasantly sore without feeling like I got in a bar fight. I would recommend Elevate over a chain massage place any day!

It was a Christmas gift from my wife, I don't spend money on treatments for myself. Over 25 years military, multiple surgeries, and I have issues--She found most of them. At one point she was working on my neck (I have a artificial disc at C6/7) and I saw a bright light in one eye when She hit the right muscle. She worked on my lower back (surgery at L5-6 also) and I think I kicked the ceiling at one point. By the way, at the start when she asked if I wanted 'medium' or 'strong' and I'm glad I swallowed my pride and said 'medium'. I don't know how a 100-lb person can get the level of pressure she did. Back, calves, legs, everything felt it the next day but in a good way.
