The guy you come to for custom work, the guy who you recommend your friends to. This aint Zales or Robbins Brothers. He almost guarantees the craftsmanship of his work. Security is tight and as it should be. It's comforting to have that around sometimes. No parking, street only. The owner may not remember you or your story, but talk to him about the piece he made and he'll instantly remember the details. That type of custom work is hard to come by. Vic was very helpful sharing his knowledge about watches. I could tell that it was something he was passionate about! I was quite surprised by their inventory for both brands. They seemed better stocked than Raffi. Definitely more relaxed in comparison. With multiple locations, this particular one has many "regulars" which is a good thing!
