Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, I have not heard from them at all. Understand they are small company & there may be extenuating circumstances. I am willing to work with them. BUT they need to have common courtesy to at least contact me.

The appointment only took 10 minutes to identify and fix the problem. Plus, my repairman checked additional appliances connected to the disposal unit. He was curious and very professional. The dispatcher let me know when the repairman was coming, and he was right in the time frame given. I would definitely call Old South Appliance again. Thank you!

When we returned a few days later all of the covering (thermofoil) on the kitchen cabinets were peeling off. they were not like that before they came. after bringing this to their attention they offered zero help or resolution. he said the bathrooms are good so it wasn't from him. The bathroom cabinet doors are away from the heat source as well as different cabinets so Im not sure how they use that as an excuse. Now Im stuck getting an attorney involved as well as losing money from cancelling rentals due to the condition.
