I saw good reviews, veteran owned, and I figured I would throw a Hail Mary and see how things would shake out. Well - Thank God I did. John has been a true professional throughout the process. He arrived at my place within an hour of me calling, walked me through his initial findings, and most importantly let me ask 10000 questions/acted as almost my personal therapist throughout this process lol. To have an expert/owner of a company provide all the time and attention he has, is truly rare and is so appreciated. He and his crew have mitigated the issue in record time, saved my condo from extensive damage, and now they are beginning to make repairs at a very fair price, so I can get renters back into my place ASAP. If you are in the situation I was and need to make a quick decision to save your property - DO NOT waste your time. Simply call John/True North, breathe a sigh of relief and let him do his magic, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again for all your help John. Cheers!

JS Pope Heating & Air arrived at my home in Saint Stephen with my new York Split System at approximately 0830 on 24 August 2022 and by 1230 the same day had removed my 6 year old HVAC SYS and impeccably installed the new York System. Four hours from start to finish, a super human tasking that included cleaning up after themselves prior to departing my home. I am really grateful to JS Pope Heating & Air for the outstanding work accomplished in a most timely manner. The entire team was a pleasure to deal with, all were very friendly, honest, most knowledgeable, true professionals. If there is a finer HVAC company, not only in South Carolina but the United States too, it would be very hard to prove to me.
