It made sense to buy a new one especially when he explained the monthly electric savings on a newer heat pump. I was sold when he recommended a unit that Consumer Reports also had a high rating. Plus Naoki was correct, after installing it our electric bill went down about 20%. I would call them anytime...except the unit they sold me works so well IT NEVER BREAKS DOWN.

He quickly troubleshot the problem (failing capacitor in the compressor unit), replaced the bad part, ensured the unit was running properly and charged a very reasonable price for an emergency call out. My house was cool again before my wife arrived home. I really appreciate Integrity Heating and Cooling providing such fast and outstanding service. They will be the company I call whenever I have heating or air conditioning problems, and for general service.

I had a situation that seemed pretty dire in that my 87 year old dad was living in a moldy space. The tech immediately recommended a $5,000 unit without even explaining my options, or the process. Again, it's on me to do my research but in this case, I had no time or support in this process. I'll not let this happen again. This is not a negative comment on the poor guys who installed the thing, they were nice, clean, respectful. But I do not recommend this company. These folks have been nothing but great for me. The units perform flawlessly, extremely quiet and efficient. Karl Welch has been my dedicated technician for my entire relationship with the company. Karl is very prompt, courteous, engaging, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain things in a way that a layman can understand. This is the WORST HVAC company I have ever dealt with. They talk a good game and then send…read moreuntrained technicians; refuse to give maintenance tickets; convince you to do costly air flow tests that are not necessary (got my 92 year old father to pay $500 up front for a test that wasn't needed; a vent was closed and that it why the rooms weren't getting even air flow); do not answer the phone half the time and refuse to provide a report for the $500 test they did as well as refuse to refund any monies to me. I hope this helps other people in the future. This company claims to be veteran owned but no veteran would ever do business like this. They are scamming people out of money and using veteran status to do it!

My called was answered immediately and I was given a 3 pm time frame (same day) to come to my place. Was called 15 minutes before arrival. Friendly, easy to take to folks, had the issue resolved in less then 10 minutes, found two plugs in the piping under the floor leading to the outside sewer line. They confirmed the piping was no longer blocked by filling the sink up and opening the drain...great to see that water finally swirling down the drain. These guys are the real deal, I highly recommended them!

They claim to monitor your system. In my cases the Generac Generator was not reporting for over a month. They were totally unaware of that. The property was sold with no maintenance taking place for the unit. They even refused to pick up a USPS Registered Letter requesting a partial refund. In my experience this is not the kind of company you can put your trust in doing the right thing.
