I would rate these guys as about average, or a little below, for a dealer of upscale used cars…read more They're not all that honest as far as the details, and (I suppose like a lot of used car dealers) they just kind of exude a bit of sleaziness and lack of professionalism. The office is okay but kinda gross. The office manager is a young lady who wears a lot of makeup and seems to think she's much more attractive than she is; she's not the _least_ bit pleasant and acts like she's doing you a huge favor signing forms. Car is okay, with a lot of minor niggles that could easily have been disclosed. They offered no paperwork as far as inspections they may or may not have performed, etc., which is too bad. Also, be careful with the financing packages they offer ... very very very high interest rates, although they are prepayable so it's not the end of the world. My sense is that Wiz mostly deals with a pretty skeevy customer base that likes to drive much fancier-looking cars than they can really afford. And I think that's why they behave a little furtively. At any rate, Wiz is just okay. Certainly not the worst used-car dealer out there but far from the best.

Incredibly sketchy "dealership." I saw a Chrysler 300 that was for sale, and I inquired about it…read more The salesman, Arnauld, was very courteous over text, however when I dug deeper into the vehicle, I found that it was a total loss and was sold at auction for less than half what they were asking for it. It wasn't a big deal for me, as I could've used this is a haggling point. When I mentioned this fact to Arnauld, he told me that it wasn't bought at auction, despite me looking at the same vehicle with the same VIN on the auction archive website, sold by the insurance company as a total loss. If they are going to lie about this, what else would they lie to customers about? Like I said, I didn't even find this to be a big deal, however the fact that I had the evidence to show that it was a total loss vehicle bought at auction and was lied to over the phone in regards to the origins of the vehicle ensured that I will never buy a vehicle from them, and encourage all others to do their research on the vehicle, especially the VIN of the one they are looking to purchase, before ever trusting what they say. I'd also not trust their Google reviews, as a lot of them seem to be fraudulent reviews that aren't associated to real customers. Given their inventory and the amount of time that cars sit on their lot, it is quite suspicious that they have apparently "sold" over 60 cars in the past 6 months.

So people from this location call me from car sales and when I kindly thank them for their offered services but I already have a dealership and lender, the man on the phone starts harrassing me with "oh, so what, you've already put a deposit on a car or?" and when I say yes to quickly end the conversation, he says "OK boss whatever you want". Talk about representing sterotypical car sales people to the letter. I've never been talked to like that.. On a 9 AM work-day phone call! I will never dream of using these people services and will advise others to avoid their disrespectful way of running a business. I've had far better luck dealing with Premier Subaru in Branford.

She took her time, answered all of our questions & was very patient. When we decided on the car we liked, Nancy ran the numbers for us and gave us a full breakdown of prices & options to choose from . She never made us feel pressured into buying a car, but simply supplied us with the info. Enterprise took care of everything. Wish I had researched this dealership and read these reviews - I would. have steered clear of them…read morerather than experience the worst service visit we have ever had in decades! Made an appointment for a $32 service, and asked to speak to a service manager to inquire about installing a remote starter. They would not let me speak to a manager, insisted only the service desk rep, Ana, could give me that information and that they would call back with the information. We have always maintained our car at our local dealership. Now moving back to CT, we sought a local dealer. They are not all alike at all, while we had service reps with morals and who listened and didn't add services without our permission, that was not the case at the Colonial Toyota of Milford with Ana, our service rep. Waited days...no call (although she did get the message as she added our request to the bill!). Husband took it in and waited. We received a video from the mechanic showing us the car, brakes good, tires good, only recommendation from his end was flushing the brake fluid as it was dark, which we were prepared to go ahead with. Once we got the car in, their "assessment" changed quickly and Ana told my husband we needed over $1,000 worth of fluid changes! My husband instructed her not to do all the work but to limit the cost to below $500. She did not share the final estimate or get his sign off, it was almost $700...for fluids! And that did not include the needed brake fluid flush which was all we wanted! On top of that, they used the wrong oil, of course the most expensive, also without our sign off! Ana and Colonial Toyota could care less about our customer experience or that we are seniors on fixed incomes. Their service department is shady, they did not get approval on the estimate that my husband declined, and this obviously was just the rep looking to pad their commission. (They receive a base salary plus commission on parts & labor sold -- a percentage of the gross profit or total services they sell.) So underhanded and obviously they don't worry about repeat or loyal customers! Shame on this service rep for pushing through expenses and for not getting approval for the work, for not listening to the customer, not returning calls, and for her lack of professionalism and willingness to scam the clients for her own personal reward. In the end, we called to speak to a manager or Ana and, surprise, no one was available. We will be sure to let anyone and everyone we know to steer clear of this sham dealer. Worse dealer experience we have ever had in all our decades!

Got it balanced (not by napoli kia) and understandably, service dept was unable to refund me the $80 I paid for balancing tires on a brand new vehicle. Service manager offered me the equivalent in service credit and said he would email me the info.
