I sought out this acct. firm once business were opening up during covid upon my former acct of 7 yrs retired. Upon meeting Jack for a consult he was more than happy to oblige , I'm a stickler for getting things done the more and more I visited his firm to confirm or catch up just to get things rolling it became bizarre . I would ask him if he recieved my emails and instead of looking at his computer he would go and look at his phone . I found this peculiarly odd. When it came time to get my taxes done for my company this is when i figured out this was all a farce so I would show up w/appt to pay my bill and question if my taxes are done . This was more CAT and MOUSE than client business relationship March , April , May came and left I had enough . I had to seek out another accountant so I wouldn't get penalized for filing late, this new acct. took less than 2 weeks to get everything done He NEVER responds to your EMAILS if you call it always some vague answer and the last time I showed up with an appt. to confirm if anything was being done he wasn't even in his office the door was locked ALOT of russling and going through papers , I found this weird he came out of the other room with a RED FACE like he had gotten caught with his pants down . I could not even look him in the eye clear indication I CAN NOT TRUST YOU moving forward. I gave him more than enough ample time to clear things up IF YOU WERE MORE THAN HAPPY TO STEAL and I DO MEAN STEAL MY MONEY!, you should've have had enough dignity and respect to file my business taxes they were straight forward nothing to it ! The money wasn't the problem here I never had an issue with my other 2 PROFESSIONAL ACCTS , it's the act of DISRESPECT that is my issue and I'm certain the other clients that you've done this too felt the same! Now to follow up with the 2 other complaints below I STAND IN AGREEMENT WITH THEM as far as that new review IT'S A PILE OF COW PLOP anyone can type that up, that was only done after you recieved my legal binding letter. That you vaguely answered and never got back to me, oh yes I AM REPORTING , I was just waiting for this made up review to POP UP! The only star they deserve falls under MALUM IN SE that's the star I give. So before considering even looking them up JUST KEEP WALKING!
