We found another accountant with better timing (no extension required) and better pricing. As a courtesy, we kindly contacted Bryan by phone and left a voice message that we wouldn't be using his services. He proceeded to leave extremely nasty voice messages to our work number and home number. He felt we were obligated to hire him even though we hadn't signed anything and hadn't even met him in person. We felt we dodged a bullet. He definitely had anger issues and we would never want someone with that attitude to have our personal financial information. Avoid. Response to CPA's feedback: I see an angry trend here. We did not have the interaction you described. This must have been someone else you got angry at. I guess they dodged a bullet too. Avoid.
