If it wasn't rectified, were going to owe an extra $10K in taxes. We started the process with him eight months before the pandemic below and the IRS was moving slow enough as they typically do. After the pandemic began, what started as a slow, arduous process suddenly turned into a full IRS lockdown on responsiveness. After several denial letters from the IRS, we just recently got our request approved. Furthermore, he also was successful in abating a $1200 penalty that we were going to have to pay because we filed our S-Corp request late. All in all, Ben never gave up on persisting to get our request approved even though it took many more hours than it normally would have. Thank you Ben!

We've had just the worst experience with Squire. We are a small business and had contracted them to…read morebuild out a netsuite implementation. We had told them at the outset that this would need to integrate with our CRM, which wasn't settled yet at the time. We decided to go a different direction with the CRM with very little of the netsuite implementation actually done. But Squire billed us over 100% of the initial estimate. We've now spent over a year in good faith trying to get things resolved with them but it's been so bad. Their only rationale was that the billing was progress-billed even though no work was done. I'm not sure how that is an acceptable business practice. We've tried to resolve this with Squire offering 25% of the initial estimate and then 50% of the initial estimate but looks like they prefer to show a large A/R. Unclear how this will get resolved.

This was the second time he's hung up on me after inquiring about my account. Greg tends to speak in a confusing manner making it near impossible to understand with clarity what he's talking about. If you attempt to advocate for yourself, he won't tolerate frustration and simply hangs up. Please be very careful when dealing with Squire. They do not act as though they care about clients concerns or the relationships that keep them in business. Mismanaged tax issues, refusal to communicate or explain accounting practices. It's been an extremely unsettling and disruptive experience.
