In over 50 years of using a. number of accountants, this is the first time we've encountered this policy, which strikes us as low-rent and disrespectful of clients. And kind of shabby. If they've encountered problems that make this necessary, then perhaps they need to find better clients. But after all, plumbers don't show up and ask for money before they repair the leak. Nor does our doctor refuse to treat us unless we pay first. So, we give them two stars. And we hope they'll take a second look at this.

You will never be able to talk to George Dimov - he completely ghosts you after the sale. The accountants also make silly errors constantly you have to bring up and correct. This is on top of the lack of communication, hitting deadlines, etc that I previously complained about to even get the accountants to start working on my file. If you want to babysit someone the entire time and make it 100x harder to do your taxes than doing it yourself - this is the place to waste your money.
