They shared a portal for us to upload docs into. It took us a few weeks to get started uploading those docs but we're still within their purported time-frame in mid-February. We had some access issues that, for myself, they fixed; that was not fixed for my wife and we had to bug them several times in the last week before our scheduled tax prep meeting.
