It appears Cecilia is no longer the owner. The woman named Jennifer, who is now in charge, is incompetent and lacks knowledge. She seems to be experimenting with your taxes, and there's no customer service at all. For approximately 6 to 7 clients, they schedule appointments for the same time, 10:00 am. The tax returns I filed with Cecilia last year haven't progressed; I never received the refund she mentioned, and the IRS is now questioning my filing. This Jeniffer is just taking the customers from Cecilia and doing a very bad job experimenting with her NONE skills and no knowledge. Save yourself for a bigger problem; don't go there. Ha!! They change the suite. They are in a larger suite, implying bigger issues. I plan to inform the IRS about her substandard service and malpractice. It is unknown if the young individual has the required license to practice. Be careful. read more

Definitely don't recommend, Cecilia is retired and all who have taken over are irresponsible and unprofessional. Canceling appointments last minute, or simply just not in office when appointments have been scheduled for months. If you call, there is no answer. If you text, no response. Very upsetting, the lack of communication, and lack of responsibility is just outrageous. read more

I was referred to this place by a good friend of mine who spoke highly about them. I did my taxes with them and the customer has been nothing but a nightmare. I reached out back in April 14th and I hadn't been able to get in touch with anyone until today. The person I was texting was so rude and unprofessional. I had very high hopes for this business- I was recommended by a few close relatives. I originally called Cecilia and I left a voicemail, I never received a call back. My husband then contacted her and she told him to " text her because she was busy". Understandable because it is the busy time for taxes. I went ahead and texted her and we set up an appointment. Unfortunately, my son got sick and I text her in the day informing her that we would not be able to make it and if we could reschedule. We did reschedule for today, April 24 at 5 PM. As you can see in the pictures, I text her at around 3:10pm asking for her address, she replied back in a decent amount of time. We were coming to see her from an 1.5 hours away. I texted her at 4:23 stating that my husband came home late from work and if it was OK if we could still be seen. I did not get a response back, either way we were still on our way to go see her. I was thinking that she was busy with another client and could not respond back. we got to the facility at 5:20 PM. We were 20 minutes late to our 5 PM appointment- I completely understand if she could not see us, because we were the ones running late. We were walking around the building trying to figure out how to get in, there was a sign on the door that said use back entrance. The back entrance is where we originally parked, finally around 5:45. He was a very kind man that let us into the building. He seemed to know her and stated that he did not see her car there, but her son was still upstairs. I wanted to make face with her son to let him know we did show up, although we were late. Unfortunately, he was with a client. We decided to leave, I was very frustrated when I received a text message two hours later from my initial text message stating that we need to reschedule for Monday. Again, I understand that we were the ones that were late, but in my opinion, the lack of communication is highly unappreciated. It shows me that she does not nor need any new clients. Been nice to at least receive a message stating that she could not see us if we would be late. But we got nothing. read more

This has been by far the worst experience I've ever had. Cecilia has been preparing my husband's tax returns for a few years prior our marriage so naturally when we got married we decided to ask her to prepare our taxes for 2023. She completely disregarded my husband's email about our address change and marital status change. She filed Married Filing Separately under a wrong address. When asked about it, she told us to wait until we get the refund. That took months and nothing. Finally when my husband asked her to give us the .tax file so I could use TurboTax to amend our taxes, she went full armadillo. She claims she amended our taxes but refuses to provide us with the amended return. At this point if I go ahead and file married filing separately for myself, I would have to pay so much in fees and penalties. I called her in a most respectful way only asking questions about what she had done so I could understand it better but she hung up on me and won't return calls. Today I reported her to the IRS for misconduct and refusal to provide client with their return and am seeing an attorney on Monday to take this all the way. This is not only unprofessional and rude, this is borderline illegal and we're gonna make sure she doesn't put other people through this. read more

These guys messed up my taxes SO bad. I had to pay IRS and state fines. They did my taxes for 3 years and didnt even file half of the stuff they were supposed to. They didnt answer my calls and textx for many months. And when I go back, they acknowledge the damage yet ask me to pay -again- to redo my taxes? I can see many people coming in here because of their financial choice and perhaps limited understanding of taxes and the english language. and these people are taking advantage of the innocent. Find yourself someone else. You wont know how expensive "cheap" is till you have to fix expensive damages. read more

I just got my taxes done from Celilia and she is amazing. She is an expert and is highly knowledgeable. With the new child tax credit I received for 2021 I thought I'd only be getting a small amount back. She looked over all my paperwork and my expenses for the year and found information I had missed. If I had done my taxes myself I'd would have underreported my expenses and lost thousands. For now on I'm going to Cecilia for my taxes. Stay away from this awkward place. Cecilia is rudest and unprofessional tax preparer that I have ever met. The day I went to get my tax was horrible from the time I got checked in to the time I interacted with her. You even can't ask her any questions about your tax. She said " you can't question me, I know what I am doing". I got she didn't want to help me at all. She was the worst person I would trust to do my tax. She has absolutely no manner what so ever. She just know the money. There is no reason to charge with high amounts of money for horrible service. Very unprofessional and bad manner. read more

Cecilia is great! I got a letter from the IRS saying I owe ~$2,300 from 2015 taxes even though I already paid them ~$800. She was able to amend my tax return and even got me ~$600 back from federal and state. I had originally filed my taxes through Turbo Tax but they didn't send in my 1089 school expense form. I was panicking when I got the letter but she told me not to worry. I'll keep going back here to file my taxes instead of doing it through Turbo Taxes. There's so many things that can go wrong and you don't find out until two years later!! read more

Terrible place!!! STAY AWAY the owner is unprofessional and very unorganized! She lost our W2 forms and screwed up all our taxes! When we complained she yelled at us and threaten to call the police! We still have not got out W2 forms she lost, she told us she didn't have time to look for them because she just moved! Also when you walk in her office, you see Tax reports of other people just laying around in plain view and can easily be stolen! I cannot even explain the Horrible service we got from this place.
