Shortly after, it began leaking again. Our mechanic removed it again and took it back only to be told the fluids caused the problem. The hynautic fluid did not appear to be bad, but we drained, flushed and replaced the fluids. The owner, Rock, said it was our problem and charged us again. Once again, our mechanic reinstalled it only to have it leak. This time the owner said it leaked due to a scratch we caused. There were no scratches when we took it in. Nine hundred dollars worth of rebuilds and $900 in labor all for nothing. Now we need a new steering ram $2200. Plus labor. After much persuasion the owner begrudgingly refunded $446. We will NEVER do business there again!

We have remodeled different rooms in our farmhouse over the last 5 years.  It has been a challenge…read moresince the original part was built in 1886 with more rooms and a second story was added later.  Premier Electric has worked with us over the entire period.  The owner, Darron, has become a friend by now.  He has been exceptional at returning calls quickly, and we have had no response delays. He even called to stay in touch during a few long delays (caused by other contractors).  He has been straightforward and honest with us at all times.    His organism is impressive.  When the Premier crew shows up, the first thing they do is set up tables and lay out parts that will be needed for that day's job.  His workers are trained to follow the electric building code and not take shortcuts that could cause problems now or in the future, like fires or delays caused by inspection fails, etc.  The workmanship and professionalism shown by Premier Electric are also of the highest caliber.  They have worked to find solutions for problems beyond the ordinary or commonly encountered types.  We have been pleased with the outcome, especially considering our ancient farmhouse.  They have found and showed us the pics of problems they discovered that were not directly related to their work on our home.  Two examples are: Old wires that were twisted together and hidden behind walls (exposed during the remodel), and insulation melted off a wire in the crawlspace under the house.  We said, "Yes, please fix them."  These were genuine fire hazards that were created decades ago.  Premier brought these to our attention before a tragedy occurred. Finally, I contacted the Chamber of Commerce and they recommended Rebecca Murray of Skagit Media Marketing. She really specializes in making videos for weddings and media marketing for businesses, but with all of her skills, web building just comes naturally for her. What a gem I found in Rebecca! She was so intuitive. Initially she spent a few hours getting to know my wife and I and our business which is Pleasant Ridge Bed & Breakfast in La Conner, Washington. That enabled her to make recommendations as far as themes and other tech type stuff. The rest as they say is history. We launched our new site early in the year, and within days we were getting lots of bookings, just in time for the Tulip Festival. A couple of things we have learned along the way: 1) Having a great web site built is well worth the money. 2) Rebecca Murray of Skagit Media Marketing is the right person to work with to build a great web site.

I couldn't believe how bad they were they took 5000 dollars from us and then quit after he told us that he couldn't represent us because of a conflict of interest. this company should be put out of business and sued for taking people's money. The person at the front desk acts like she is an attorney and is very rude and just a horrible person that sends out nasty rude letters she should not have a job at all as a customers service she is so rude. they treated us like we were under them and they were so important. They were just upset because we wouldn't give them the control of our money like they wanted and they thought we would do nothing. They were wrong I will tell everyone that ask what kind of people they are and they are not for the people they are about taking money from people. So if you ask me I would never have this company represent my family or me. my inlaws trusted them and they are not trustworthy at all. and I would find someone else to represent your case because these guys don't deserve any respect as lawyers and there company is so full of them self and not doing the right thing they are the worst I've ever seen don't do it find someone else you can work with and that will work for what you deserve alls they are about is taking your money at any chance they can get. they get a negative 5 stars as far as I'm concerned.

But, let me just preface my…read morecomments with the fact that I was grumpy with them for the past six months because everything took longer and cost much more than I expected. However, this was the first time I had dealt with such a situation (bathroom flooded and seeped to the rest of the condo and the floors needed to be redone). I didn't realize there were three different areas of work that needed to be done: mitigation and cleaning, deconstruction, and reconstruction. I thought "mitigation and cleaning" was the sum total of what needed to be done and inclusive of everything. I had no understanding that there were three phases. It could be that someone in the company tried to explain it to me, I don't know. I was dealing with too much at the time (health concerns, a mother with health concerns, moving, etc.) and nothing was going right and it made me really grumpy thinking about how much money was going toward this project and how long it was taking. However, the Cleaner Guys continued to be professional and polite throughout the experience. Once they were done with the flooring and repairs I was very, very happy. They did a fantastic job not only with the flooring, but also with repairs, repainting, replacing, etc., and the condo almost feels like a brand new home. I am very happy with the work that they did. Just remember that it will cost more and take longer than you expect it to. It's not going to be a sprint. It's going to be a marathon.
