We were able to have two productive meetings where I had to DRAG the business owner into our meetings. During these meetings Bryan was professional and we got weeks worth of spinning around done in an hour, but as SOON as the owner left, we got no where again. In this meeting our federal taxes were finished but never delivered! After months of begging to get my sales tax, federal tax and books straight and getting NO results I am leaving this review. I called, left messages, emailed---nothing. I finally got her on her home phone---totally out of it. So in May, I checked with IRS, and my taxes weren't filed.
